"Replaced both door gaskets and heat treated them to make sure they were sealing properly. I checked condenser coil it was good and clean, the mullion line was cool to the touch so no failure with condenser fan it was running properly. I also checked icemaker chute assembly and it was closing properly you can still see some room light when closed but I took my hand and from the outside of door pushed against flapper and it was all the way shut and still could see some room light so they tells me operation is normal. Someone has repaired this unit before I found some sealant in the corners of the frame where some gaps were and also the compressor had a charging stem on it. Also, I advise with the house being at warmer temperature the customer may wanna drop temperature on fridge to counteract the humidity when opening the door. Unit ran and checked ok(Call complete)"

"Customer canceled over the phone does not want to pay one $129 diagnostics fee for me coming out to replace a water filter. Customer stated that when he removes the water filter he has great water pressure and whenever he installs the filter the filters are only lasting for 5 to 7 days before they clog up again but whenever he first installs a filter, he has great water pressure, coming through the filter, and then it slowly restricts again. "Complaint washing machine, making a horrible noise during final spin when it goes into high spin speed. I verified lower drivetrain no issues found with lower drivetrain. I did see evidence of motor rubbing against floor pan. I did see that the leveling legs were as low as they could get a raised machine up off of the floor and raised it, so that the feet or as high as they could go. No error codes in diagnostics. I performed a DLMS calibration. Also found wash machine was severely out of level. I leveled washing machine. Ran a quick wash cycle with heavy sheets in it. no abnormal noises or issues found just normal ticking, clicking noises heard."
