"Unit is a 20year old OTR microwave with full part/labor contract. Cs has replaced the control. Unit has no power/blank non responsive display, cavity light does not come on and is plugged in. Verified 120 vac at wall. Pulled out door switches and they tested fine, double checked wiring and is all connected fine. Found open fuse which is positioned such that it looks like you will need to remove fan housing assy to access, not enough room to pull fuse. Verified 120vac coming to fuse. Jumped and unit powers on. Ran cook cycle for a couple seconds and very loud, do not hear magnetron running. Ordering fuse, magnetron, transformer and cap as I am not sure what popped the fuse, did not find any short to ground and did not pop breaker when running.Will put down for double time as it will need to come down and will need to be checked for any shorts. Unit is quite greasy; ordrng 1 W10245183 (Magnetron) and 1 WPW10136726 (Transformer) and 1 W10850446 (Capacitor) and 1 W11256462 (Diode) and 1 W10138793 (Fuse) and 1 2xtime (2x time)"

Removed right door and took out drawer assy, full ice sheet under cabinet, but evap drip pan is clear and not frozen at drain. Steamed clear frost on evap and that drain d fine. Poured full cup (12oz) water down drain and draining fine, drain is not clogged. Ran water dispenser and no leak. Only guess is the evap had a small block of ice on right side ( with full frost pattern) that could have been melting outside of the drains pan. No additional charge."

I have had one other instance of this occurring and that customer added a cabinet stick on bumper which worked perfectly, offered to do same for cs as I picked up a packet of bumpers on way. She said office was covering door because of previous parts not resolving issue and wanted it installed. There is a small bow in the plastic at top of new door, where the straps in packaging were holding it, hardly noticeable but did make cs aware of it and she was fine, once installed really not noticed at all. Door is closing better and ran several cycles heating water up to two minute cycle. As added by insurance I also added a bumper with customers approval."

I found cold water inlet valve has failed I replaced water inlet valve assembly I tested operation found rotor bolt was off tightened no further issues found. Performed Dlms calibration as well before departure.

After removing that evaporator panel all sensors was ok and found the capillary noise suppressor was melted into the sensor keeping that sensor not to make good contact on the evaporator tube.
