Lint screen is testing ok. Did vent test with the vending attached 3x, no movement poor air flow. Tested 3x with the venting disconnected and tested fine good air flow. Advised customer to have venting cleaned to the outside. Unit operations tested ok. Customer refuses that there is a vent issue due to it never happened with any other dryer she had here in the last 20 years. Still states the dryer is the problem. Dryer is operating as designed.
