"Complaint door will not slide rail fell off. That holds door in place. I found screws work themselves loose due to poor install issue and proper install unit has been wedged onto wooden blocks, causing a concave issue to occur leading to the screws on the slide rail to loosen up, causing customers issue to occur. Unit must be made accessible as unit is currently wedged in to the cabinetry using wooden blocks and will not move even in 16th of an inch. Have strong suspicion potential flooring damage and cabinetry damage will incur when trying to remove unit from cabinetry due to the nature of it being wedged in place. Customer must make unit accessible so that way we can take off the outer shell casing to access the screw hole to fully tightened down slide rail so customer can use compactor properly. Customer will call us back when unit has been made accessible so we can finish the repair and fix it properly."

Explained sensor operation to customer, metal electrode sensor, if clothes by sensor get dry and wet clothes do not touch sensor, it can stop prematurely. Small loads items may not touch sensor. Would suggest using regular/normal setting for most loads and any loads with issue I would suggest using timed dry. Unit is heating and tumbling correctly. Two point dryer will not turn off by itself stays running forever. I found complaint true replaced timer even after finding wiring was not connected to timer. No further issues found timer is counting down now with no further issues and heating fine and heater is turning off by itself when cycle is canceled or door is open.

Unit is a bit leaning forward with basket almost touching front panel, leg supports are bent, but operational. Ran diagnostic cycle and completed fine with no leaking. Raised front legs to center basket better. Ran normal cycle on deep fill. Worked properly. Only signs of leaking on unit is from the hot water valve connection, showing water lines on outer and inner back panel, but did not leak in testing. Complaint leaking water on the top of the door freezer section condensation forming every day. Have to wipe it off or leaks onto the floor. I found complaint true. I found freezer door gasket was not sealing properly on the top edge reformed door gasket with heat applied gasket material per technical service pointerrelating to condensation on freezer door gasket raised door up about an eighth of an inch higher per technical service pointer. Used a light inside of freezer to verify gasket is now sealing properly ad advising customer to make sure that they close door firmly using the center of the door handle when closing no further issues found at this time. Compressor was in standby defrost mode the entire time I was Servicing unit unable to get accurate temperature reads with condenser fan motor unplugged compressor running of Yoder loop. And temperatures with condenser fan motor plugged in of Yoder loop.; used 1 W11159728 (GASKET) from stock
