"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Complaint of not making ice in upper icemaker and overflowing in bottom icemaker. Found bottom icemaker fill tube was sitting right on edge of flow cup, was able to reposition (new style fills from side wall). Top icemaker had very thin cubes in tray and a couple slices Similar in bin. Ran harvest vest cycle fine. Ran tube heater for 30s and ran a fill test, filled fine. Unplugged/plugged in to reset. Ran harvest cycle again and no errors in icemaker diagnostics. Cs to let unit run, any issue with bottom icemaker, would replace it icemaker and fill tube. If issues continue with upper icemaker would order heater, control and icemaker."
