Found the icemaker stoped mid turn Replaced ice maker and filled with water complete

Installed new IGNITOR and the line to front left burner was chewed by mice . I wrapped in electrical tape and tested flame is low tried to adjust higher with the screw. The valve is nla I explained first visit there was a lot nla part and valve was one of them.

Installed harness and capacitor but the error f9e1 occurred called tech line we calibrated the washer then tested again in drain and spin getting an F9E1 then an FOE9 we discovered that we had a bad ground and were getting voltage on neutral at the board. We found an outlet that has a good ground and good voltage and polarity retested we believe all is OK SR 20972623; ordrng 1 W11771769 (Control)

Found the fresh food door severely warped the bottom cannot close will need to order a new door and logo ; ordrng 1 LW10913407 (Right door stainless) and 1 W11223753 (Logo)

Called tech line we found a bad pressure switch. Per tech line we are replacing both the control and pressure switch. Order parts File # 20975386; ordrng 1 W11747034 (Control) and 1 W11125159 (Pressure switch)

I replaced control and encoder tested operations. Everything is now working properly. No further issues found with unit at this time.

"Tested unit and found dishwasher would not drain water at end of cycle, ran a drain and found when I would open the door just a little the drain pump would come on and start draining once closed it would stop. Removed front panel and found brown wire broken out of molex casing the no power, repined wire back into molex and unit is now draining and operating to specs"

Returned to replace microwave bulb. Replaced bulb. Microwave light now working. Verified proper operation.

Complaint washing machine will not drain washing clothing properly 0E3 over loaded and f0e5 out of balance error code in fault history only codes advise customer and proper loading procedures of washing machine tested operations. Inspected suspension. Inspected drain pump. Everything is now working properly. Perform a quick wash cycle. Cannot find any additional error codes in history or issues with machine at this time install and instruct fulfilled.

Installed new motor and ran dryer found unit now starting and heating up to proper specs

"Tested unit and found both sections still not cooling ran diagnostics and step 40 checking compressor, found compressor not coming on. Tested voltage to red and blue wires on compressor and no power tested power coming out of control and no power control faulty again. Replaced parts but found problems with the electrical outlet as seen on the pics. Used an extension cord to connect the refrigerator to another outlet and unit working properly. Mentioned to the customer to have the electrical verified and to keep an eye on the cooling for the next few days.

Found was not fully plugged in at Maliks pin connector preventing icemaker from spinning found water leaking when cycling test 45 icemaker water tube was not fully pressed into water inlet valve icemaker rotating now and cycling and filling with water with no issues. Do not see the need for main control or user interface at this time.

Complaint unit is not draining. I found complaint true found impeller was broken. Locked up. Replaced drain pump tested operations no further. No additional issues reported by customer either and no leaking occurring.; used 1 W11396717 (DRAIN PUMP) from stock

"New build no occupation complaint range hood is extremely loud. I found debris blocking airflow, preventing proper airflow from going outside in pipe could be flapper could be wood or sheet metal not sure I found after making some adjustments for a loud clunk in the pipe going outside and then noise went away and sounds normal now. Builder is going to have Vince company HVAC company come back out and reinspect venting outside going outside. No issues found with range hood builder has me keep chimney removed is going to have HVAC company install chimney back show dents in the chimney to builder builder stated customer knows about it and is OK with it. That is going to buy the house. Per builder house closes in roughly next three hours."

F3e1 f1e1. Found bug infestation all over controlled cannot service unit due to bug infestation. Customer to take up dents with store that they bought it from a store caused the dents in the side of washing machine. Unit will need a new control board. We cannot service. Upon arrival customer was not in the best of moods but I went in the solve the issue with the dryer. Found bad gas valves and tried to talk to the customer about the ongoing issue. Customer started cursing and extremely upset from before with his family issues. I tried many times to explain the problem and customer kept yelling and cursing. Customer called the office and cursing and yelling and I was present. Office will refund the customer due to his behavior. Parts are sent back to the office.

"Service visit is covered by authorization. Complaint of unit tripping breaker immediately when starting cycles. Happened multiple times in a row, hadnt tried since. Started normal cycle and running cycle properly, did not trip breaker. Restarted multiple times without issue. Went through sensing and heating, went into cool down properly. Tested in timed dry and ran for 20 minutes, igniter cycling/igniting properly throughout. Removed console and control looks fine, no damage seen. Physically slowed drum by hand to replicate heavy load and tumbling fine and strong.Measured with killawatt meter. 7.6 amps while igniting and peak of all testing. 4.5 amps rest of cycle. Running about 235-250 watts regular operating, up to 780 when igniting. All readings normal for unit. No error codes n history.On same circuit as washer, newer 20 amp breaker. ran washer through test cycle. Peaked around 2.5A. Ran in drain and spin and peaked at 2.8 A, this was empty, would increase with load, but not significantly. Combined Amps around 11 at max. Testing fine.Let unit run while attempting to contact safety to document. ran for 20 minutes with no issue. Safety did not answer in that time, ended call."

Evacuated nitrogen, pulled vacuum for another 20 minutes to ensure no nitrogen or non-condensables in system. Weighed in correct charge, 56g, of R600A. Compressor operating and unit cooling properly."

Checked and found relay on control board shorted and burnt. Ordering control. Checked terminal block and ensured correct wiring and nothing burnt there. Advised customer that office will call to schedule when part arrives.; ordrng 1 W11707155 (Control)
