Arrived to install thermostat. Measured temperature and it is correct from previous visit. Customer concerned about eggs being too cold and not cracking properly. Advised customer to move eggs to lower shelf.

Complaint dishwasher leaks rinse aid out as soon as door is closed creating lots of suds. I found dispenser is defective unit needs dispenser to fix. Customer declined repair due to cost of parts.

Complaint dryer making grinding noise I found idler pulleys have failed causing noise. I replaced kit tested operations no more abnormal noises heard at this time. ; used 1 4392067 (DRYER REPAIR KIT) from stock

"After repair was still getting leak, water still on floor and some inside machine near rear, ran multiple times without seeing and leaking, drain hose it wet at rear of unit, dry water n inside. Quoted for drain hose.Was running while looking up parts and finally leaked, backed up stand pipe was the source. Not unit failure, separate issue, house plumbing."

Customer complained issue with oven. Found bake and broil elements working. Ran bake 350? and test temperature. Had avg temp of 305? when preheat 350? selected. Changed calibration to +30?. Ran bake preheat 350? again. Customer said that unit just stops heating after 25-30 minutes. Advance had changed temp sensor. Checked wiring to make sure plug making good contact. Replaced drum and tested all checks ok.

Checked and found evaporator coil frozen restricting airflow. Not yet affecting freezer. Requesting P&A for defrost heater and control.; rqstng P&A on 1 W11566851 (Control) and 1 W11650660 (Defrost heater)

I installed the ordered parts and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

"Cx complaint that the unit is leaking gas. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I used my gas detector and tested all burners and the oven. All ignite fine with no issues. With my gas detector I did not find any obvious leaks, however the RF burner took much longer to read no leaks after the gas was turned off. The unit needs a new manifold to resolve the issue. I quoted the cx for the repair."

Cx complaint that the unit is leaking water. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the water leaking from the drain pump. The drain pump is sitting crooked. I corrected the drain pump position and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. The entire mobile home came with the appliances in it. The mobile home was delivered 12/2023. I took a photo of the proof of purchase.

Customers complaint is that refrigerator making gurgling swishing noise. Was able to adjust the filter drier to that the cap tube is on top and pitched at ab45 degree angle. Adjusted cap tube at evaporator. Noise is normal expansion and equalization noises.

"Checked over unit and found customer having issue with machine banging and not completing a cycle. Found clothes in unit off balance causing tub to bang and shut off advised customer clothes need to be evenly placed so machine can spin properly advised doing even weighted items will help with unit spinning out, machine is operating properly with no issues its all about how its loaded and cycles selected. Let unit run with clothes and showed customer unit will ball up and go out of balance showed how to adjust and run again also showed to use the cycles needed for clothing not just the quick wash for everything. Unit is operating properly and no issues all issue are due to loading"

Complaint that the unit from time to time will shut down and they have to do a hard reset. Found ribbon harness wire has signs of burnt causing it to glitch on the board. Cx complaint that the unit is not starting cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f7e4. I cleared the code and checked the slider. "Complaint screws, holding door on or stripped out going into frame preventing door from closing properly. I found complaint true found reason was due to customers leaning on door during unloading of washing machine. "Set 3-way valve to home position, unplugged refrigerator. Removed and replaced compressor and related parts. Charged with nitrogen to 150psi. Allowed to sit under pressure for 15 minutes. No pressure loss. Evacuated nitrogen, pulled vacuum. Weighed in correct charge of 134A. Compressor operating and cooling properly. Advised customer to allow 24 hours for unit to reach proper temperatures."

Customer complained unit leaking underneath. Upon arrival ran service mode. No error codes. Ran quick wash and looked for leaks. Found drain pump exit hose leaking due to not being secured. Secured hose. No leaks now. Also found inlet hose has very slow leak. Informed customer to replace inlet valve hoses also. Verified proper operation.

Cx complaint that the unit is not drying clothes. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit heats and tumbles but has poor airflow. The flap on the exterior wall of the dryer duct line is not moving at when the unit runs. The cx needs the dryer duct line professionally cleaned to resolve the issue.

I installed the ordered parts and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

"Cx complaint that the MW handle is falling off and the oven temp seem incorrect. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the MW completely separated on the right side. I secured the handle in its correct position. I preheated the oven to 350 degrees, it reached the set temp within an appropriate time frame (about 12 min). I recommended to the cx to use convect bake for fast preheating and even cooking. The unit is working as designed."

"Cx complaint that the unit is making a loud noise while it runs. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit heats, tumbles and has decent airflow. I let the unit runs for a few minutes, the noise eventually appeared. The blower wheel makes a loud buzzing noise because the blower wheel is cracked. "Complaint washing machine is not filling with water on cold wash. I found cold water valve has completely failed is not opening at all. I also discovered gearcase is also leaking oil all over floor also lid is also broken preventing lid from closing properly leading to error codes latch failure to start a cycle I found error codes, F3e2 f0e4 f5e2 f8e1 f2e1 . Unit will need gearcase slider rotor. Also will need water inlet valve assembly and a lid to fix customer declined repair today is going to look at replacement options not cost-effective to repair for customer."

Customer complaint is that washer does not wash properly and makes clicking noise. Also washer goes off balance. Found actuator faulty and suspension rods worn. Ordered actuator and suspension rods. ; ordrng 1 W10780045 (suspension) and 1 W10006355 (actuator)

Replaced latch and springs. Tested multiple times and showed customer it works.

"Customer complained unit has a lot of cracks. Upon arrival found unit had a lot of tiny surface scratches. Found all scratches were superficial and not cracks through the glass. Could feel with fingernail the scratches. Checked the bottom of her pans to check for burrs in metal. Could not find any burrs but Informed customer that they are indeed scratches and not cracks. This would not be a covered repair and she would have to pay for the glass top if she wanted repair. Customer kept saying. That she barely uses the oven and has no idea how it would be scratched thought it was heat related cracks Informed customer cracks go all the way through glass and these scratches are only on the top surface of the glass, can not feel on underside of glass. Informed customer last glass was defective and had tiny bubble in glass that caused heat related crack, issue wasnt from faulty oven or burners, issue was just with last cooktop which was replaced. All burners were tested. Customer didnt agree left call. Informed her if called again she will have to pay to come out. Called tech line to report findings.
