Pressures upon arrival were 35 psi high side -23 psi low side compressor running at .4 amp draw. Charged system full of refrigerant again soaked unit with soapy bubbles cannot find any evidence of a leak at this time even after recharging unit with nitrogen at 250 psi. Replaced mullion strip door was still popping. Applied Vaseline at the top of the strip found light switch has created a small minute perforation not completely through where it rubs that was causing additional noise. Also applied Vaseline petroleum jelly to those two locations no more noises being heard. door is closing much smoother now than previously.
