Cx complaint that the units upper rack is not sliding in and out. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the rack adjuster on the left side has separated and needs to be replaced. The unit needs new upper rack adjusters to resolve the issue. My TS says I have 1 but its not on my van. Im ordering the part for the return visit.; used 1 W10712395 (ADJUSTER) from stock

Found cam and actuator bad from previous repair replaced both parts tested unit in regular normal wash; used 1 W10721967 (Cam) from stock

Complaint that the unit is not making ice. Found bad container and door seals on the fresh food section. Ran IM and it didnt do a full cycle and locked midway. Customer was complaining that he wanted the refrigerator to be working today and needed ice now. Explained to the customer that having to get approval for parts and labor through the insurance will need to have the parts approved first. Installed new thermal fuse at oven control. All checks ok

Gained access to unit 403 to service washer. Removed and replaced main control board as unit was not responding properly and only trying to drain while empty. Tested unit it and all functions normal again.

Complaint that the unit is leaking water from the bottom. Found aftermarket drain hose leaking. Customer will have the part replaced. Customer had an extended hose installed and will look into replacing it. Washer working normal.

Found door hinge area bent. Adjusted hinge area and door closes properly. All okay

Checked unit and found error code for no fill/long fill F8E1. Otherwise all okay. Hot water turned off at wall. RECOMMEND USING TAP COLD WASH TEMPERATURE.

Checked and tested burners. Adjusted burner heads per service pointer W11643965. Burners now igniting quickly and properly. No other issues found. Left parts with customer.

Customer complaint is that dispenser was not dispensing water. Found water line kinked. Corrected and tested. Showed customer it works.

Customer complaint is that washer was leaking. Inspected and found a sock in tub ring at fabric softener dispenser. Removed and tested. Washer checked ok.

"Wash, clean, sanitize lights blinking, cs says he reset at breaker and same. No response any buttons.Disconnected/reconnected at junction box and started cycle as normal.Unit will not go into diagnostics. Flashing lights not listed as an error state. Heater measures 15ohms and measuring 7vac during cycle, but do not know at what point heater should kick on during cycle and not going into diagnostics is a failure. Voltage did change while monitoring, sometimes 10v sometimes 5, switching when other motors /valves running. Eventually did see it kick on at 120v.Ordering u/i and control; rqstng P&A on 1 A11147301 (Control) and 1 5304518467 (Switch board)"

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Intermittently stopping 5/10 minutes into cycle. Tested in normal with damp napkin in sensor , ran over 15 minutes with no issue. Explained how sensor works, that timed dry may be needed for small loads. Tested fine."

"Replaced two front support rollers that were not turning, was able to clean one and put on rear and running smoother. Unit still makes some noise, older unit, but belt and pulley are good and tumbling properly.; used 1 NCI supports (Support rollers) from stock"

"Checked over washer and found unit would not start it would go right to done never filling or sensing, checked errors and found F7e1 tachometer missing or wrong signal. Ran a diagnostics cycle and found actuator would not advance, replaced faulty actuator and unit recalibrated and is now washing and working to specs ; used 1 W10913953 (Actuator) from stock"

"Retuned to call and checked pressures, pressures normalise in ref section but then low side goes into deep vaccum. Too off cap tube on ref side evap to make sure no clog at braze point. Re brazed and found evap not clogged. Went to replace 3 way valve body. (Previous call unit started cooling at stopped. Found filter dryer clogged. Charged unit after installing new filter dryer and charged system, unit started cooling again and stopped again, ordered 3 way valve body thinking clog in 3way valve.) went to change 3 way valve and when moving filter dryer heard Freon escape from clog in 2nd new filter dryer. Took off shrader valve and found black suit like substance on filter dryer shrader valve. Called Randy he said its from old compressor burning something. Its whats causing unit to to clog filter driers. Called techline techline sending into review. Due to unit being contaminated . Sr#7738442231 someone will contact the customer in the near future."

"Customer complained of long dry times, found exhaust was smashed. Dryer was also on a wood pedestal informed customer she will need to buy new exhaust system to fix issue. Unit is in a closet and when pushed back it smashes vent casing airflow to not flow properly causing long dry times. Verified proper operation when unit isnt. Hooke duo to exhaust."

"Customer said she washed a dog bed and it slung water everything. Informed customer she cant was a dog bed in this unit. It will get off balance and water will splash over edge. "Customer complained of grinding noise from, turntable. Ran unit heard a slight noise once. Replaced turntable motor from pre id ts. Ran unit for 3 min no noise, unit working as designed. Verified proper operation."

"Complaints. Not filling with water wont spin. Agitate wont do anything turn itself off. F7e5 only error code in fault history I found that the gear cases has leaked all of its oil all over the floor, and its actively leaking water as well onto the floor found water inlet valve is making a loud, humming noise both hot and cold solenoids barely a trickle I found clutch keeps clicking when power is supplied to washing machine unit will also need a main control board as well as a gear case I attempted to remove wash plate will have to break wash plate to remove motor is completely rusted due to water. Leaking onto motor winding unit will need all components related to the lower end gearcase to fix. as well. No additional issues found with washing machine at this time. "Complaint, flame is too high. Cannot get to go low. I found orifices are for natural gas on machine and need to be changed out because customers on propane. Customer to contact gas company to have all orifices changed. No issues found with cooktop other than that."

Complaint dishwasher door falls will not stay open by itself. Door is very heavy. I found pulley on left hinge had broken. I replaced both police and both rope. Assemblies tested operations of door. "F0e2 over suds condition detected f0e3 over loaded condition detected f0e5 out of balance load detected f8e1 no fill long fill error code. I found inlet. Water valve is humming extremely loud. I suspect valve solenoid. Both hot and cold. Are cutting out in the middle of a cycle causing F8 E1 error code to display. No Longville area code. I checked drain hose. No issues with drain. I checked all other issues. Highly advised customer seriously cut back on soap usage, just filling the tub with no soap added was creating heavy siding advice customer to run a clean washer cycle multiple times as well. No additional issues found with washing machine today."

Installed wash motor and tested. Dishwasher is working properly. Showed customer it works.

Replaced freezer and refrigerator doors. Corrected gasket with blow dryer. Checked ok.

Cut out bad connections and reattached with connectors crimping them in, brought unit legs down to lift unit up to stop from hitting pan ran a wash and drain cycle and all operations are now working to specs"

"Checked over unit and found right front burner and left front burner not cooking the same speed customer stating right one heats faster then left. Heated up burners and gave customer Ed on right burner is a stronger burner then left this is normal operation advised using right side then left if wanting heating things faster. Fixed stove language due to in French gave customer Ed on how to use the air fryer and all functions, checked all other operations and unit is working to specs"

"Checked over unit due to customer had been hearing a noise coming from unit when running and mostly in the morning time, removed rear cover and found water valve pushed into condenser coils causing a rattling noise, the valve had popped out the condenser. Reattached condenser to rubber mounts and fixed valve pushed unit back in place and checked for noises, unit is now running properly advised customer unit will make some noise wile running and will make some noises when in a defrost cycle this is all normal noise."

"Checked and found left front infinite switch shorted and burnt, also found power cord burnt off terminal block. Suspect cord issue caused switch to short. Called Whirlpool safety department spoke to Penny SR# 7738412993, advised her of findings. She gave authorization # W1AAT50WPL1. Ordering switch and terminal block. Customer complaint is that dryer was taking too long to dry. Ran dryer and checked venting outside. Found vent screen covered with lint. Cleared and advised customer to check periodically.

She is going to allow refrigerator to thaw out then test dispenser."

"Checked entitlement, found actual goods issue date of 12/22/22. Covered by additional 1 year Costco warranty. Tested and found no water dispensing and ice maker not working. "Cx complaint that the unit is not washing the dishes. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f7e1. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle. The unit fills and drains but there is no wash action. I checked the harness behind the panel, it was stuck to the inner door. I separated the harness and insulated it in e tape. I tested the unit, it still had no wash action after filling.The unit needs a new sump motor and control board to resolve the issue. I quoted the cx for the repair and collected the service call by check."

I installed the ordered part and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

"Cx complaint that the unit is still not removing stains from the dishes. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I ran the DW with the clear plastic cover with the cx. The wash motor and spray arms cycle and sprays water in all areas. However the overall water pressure seems weaker than normal, but the incoming pressure from the house is fine. I called Techline to document the issue. The cx has been referred to cx service. The cx is not satisfied with DW performance and want a replacement. He at least wants to replaced the upper spray arm and manifold. After verifying with Roger found unit running normal. Measured 1.03amps on compressor side and normal frost pattern on the evaporator side. No ice buildup found. Mentioned to the customer to keep it running and to keep an eye on the cooling for the next few days. Parts will be returned in my bin.

"Cx complaint that the unit is still not making ice. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit is cooling fine. I tried jump the IM motor and water valve, neither worked. The IM is getting 111v across L & N. I checked power at the emitter and receiver boards at the blue w/ yellow wire, both are receiving 124v. I called Techline to document the issue. They had me remove the receiver board and jump from blue w/ yellow & black w/ white, the IM received 124v. The receiver board is not sending the correct voltage. Complaint door gasket keeps hitting lower basket and falling out of tray. Track tear has occurred on gasket. I found complaint true I replaced inner door gasket tested operations no additional issues. Found advised customer to make sure they are pulling on lower rack from the center so that it does not pull to the left or the rightoff the track causing it to grab gasket. No additional issues found with dishwasher today. No leaking occurring either and no fault codes in diagnostics fault history; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W11498831 GASKET

F9und restriction at filter drier and pressure too high on high side and too low in low side. Replaced filter and recharged with refrigerant. All okay now. Pressure 65 psi on high side and. -5 on low side. ; used 1 W11109499 (FILTER DRIER-TUBE R600a) from stock

"Tested and found that washer will not run cycle. Lid will lock and agitator will turn a few times then control says done. Checked capacitor, tested good. Unplugged washer for 2 minutes. Complaint oven will not broil bakes fine smell gas. I found bake ignition and broil ignition is perfect ignition is within first 2 clicks every time but broil keeps turning off every 2 mins at temp of 132 degrees and turned back on every 5 mins Im offing main control and spark ignitor to fix vents at top were being blocked by a decoration plate possibly trapping gasses inside oven extinguishing flame as after removing decoration plate everything started working normally file number office to call customer when parts come in file number 7738436481 file number ; ordrng 1 W10860916 (Spark module) and 1 W11620680 (Control)

"Unit unplugged on arrival, plugged in and compressor will not turn over, ohms out fine ~ 5,5 &10. Tested with another start relay and same hums loudly, but not turning over.Quoted for sealed system/compressor. Is a r600a unit. Denied, service call already collected."
