customer complained dispenser dripping water. Flushed about a gallon of water through unit dispenser still dripping. Techline Techline said if hoses are connected properly and no holes and hoses flushing unit should work properly started taking unit apart to spigot not tight enough ordering spigot and waterline ordering valve has contingency. customer office will call when parts come inSr#7739843313; ordrng 1 W11227371 (Spigot) and 1 W11677733 (Door water line) and 1 W11548535 (Valve)

"Customers stated unit stoped working again. Found sediment buildup in cold water valve this time. Customer said hes cleaned them out and valve has even been changed. Informed customer this is an issue with his plumbing or well , he will need to clean this out and get well house fixed or sediment will keep clogging valve faster than normal . Washer working as designed. Informed customer this issue isnt covered by warranty and he will have to pay if called back. Verified proper operation when filter was cleaned off. Sr#7739842294 . Customer complained ice maker not working. Found icemaker harness was not seated properly and not making connection. Plugged in harness and cycled Icemaker and unit is harvesting and asking for water when prompt. Verified proper operation.

It is very sad that the products manufactured today are of such poor quality. This referigator was 3 months old and required a new ice maker. Another referigator we purchased for a different house has been serviced twice in less than a year. Basically I feel we are buying junk. Wherever the product is made it seems like inferior parts are being used and they will only last possibly until the warranty expires and then they can charge us to fix it or we are forced to purchase another piece of junk. We used to be able to keep appliances for over 15 years but not now. A person is lucky to make it for 5 or 6 years with today’s products. As you can see we experienced 2 referigators that needed repairs before being one year old. Sadly only junk is being sold in today’s markets.
