During the visit, an additional and separate issue involving the pantry UI lighting was identified. Ryan informed you that this concern would require a separate authorization through the manufacturer, as warranty providers require individual tickets for unrelated issues.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. According to the technician’s findings during the visit back on April 9th, the washer had a basket speed error caused by a loose cam assembly, which resulted in the belt coming off. The cam kit and belt were replaced, the unit was tested through diagnostics and a quick wash cycle, and operation was verified before completion of service.
We understand how frustrating appliance issues can be, and we certainly would have appreciated the opportunity to follow up had the problem continued after the repair. We were not contacted after the visit regarding any ongoing concerns.
