"Customer complained unit making noise, had video but couldnt tell noise. Took off back of unit, unit is cooling both sections at proper set temps. Ran test 3 and 4 several times. compressor and condenser fan not making noise. Evap fan not making noise. Took unit out of service mode and Waited and listened. Found icemaker In freezer section making a louder than normal noise but is still making ice. Inforned customer to wait untill noise happens again and to check if icemaker is louder when hes hearing the noise hes talking about. If icemaker is possibly having issues during harvest it could be making louder noises and could get stuck in a loop. Saved quote for icemaker replacement . Collected trip fee."

Each of the handful, Time the service call was created. A different problem would always arise after the repair. As it is now, our lighting does not work consistently inside this expensive refrigerator after your repair. Our beverages no longer cool after your repair.
We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your experience. According to the service performed, our technician replaced the originally diagnosed component, verified operation through service testing, and confirmed the refrigerator was functioning properly at the time of completion.
During the visit, an additional and separate issue involving the pantry UI lighting was identified. Ryan informed you that this concern would require a separate authorization through the manufacturer, as warranty providers require individual tickets for unrelated issues.
If the manufacturer authorizes additional service for the newly reported issue, we encourage you to work directly with Whirlpool regarding next steps.

Problem was not fixed other than removing a small detergent cap from under the washer.
I have someone (a different company) back in a month to address the issue.
We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. According to the technician’s findings during the visit back on April 9th, the washer had a basket speed error caused by a loose cam assembly, which resulted in the belt coming off. The cam kit and belt were replaced, the unit was tested through diagnostics and a quick wash cycle, and operation was verified before completion of service.
We understand how frustrating appliance issues can be, and we certainly would have appreciated the opportunity to follow up had the problem continued after the repair. We were not contacted after the visit regarding any ongoing concerns. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we always encourage customers to reach out directly so we can review and address any unresolved issues.
