"Found unit has a bad defrost heater. The connector on the brown wire has come loose and not making a good electrical connection. Unit will need a new heater assembly. Quoted $152.99 +tax for heater and $239 labor rate. Defrosted unit and will order heater. ; ordrng 1 W11650662 (Heater, defrost)"

Both Barbra and technician were both extremely personable and extremely knowledgable. Barbra reacted to my needs with understanding, quickness and thoroughly. The pricing was below sears in labor, but a higher cost in replacement product to repair. But overall less than competition (and more reasonable). The technician was wonderful.Kind, personable and very Knowledgable. However I am unsure whether it was because he didn’t actually remove part upon initial visit or took wrong part number, or it was ordered incorrectly by inside staff, but it delayed repair from one week to two weeks and 3 visits. So I had no freezer for over two weeks, when one week was given as estimate. There was also a reschedule to even second week due to a staff illness. I understood and it was delayed only another day or two but I remained without Freezer. Tho I list the problematic issues, I would not hesitate to use your company again and work with your staff. I had a delay, but working with such professional and personable employees was greatly appreciated as it is rare in all “services” industry today, we as customers experience. I congratulate you on acquiring and sustaining a wonderful staff that sells your business for you, in all they do and how they interact in knowledge, person-ability, and sincere care, in their commitment to your customers.

Good morning,
Following up on my service call on 2/5/24, we still get the odor after the stove comes on. I did mention this to our service associate. I’m not sure if it is something to do with it being a new part, but it is still happening.
How do we remedy this situation?
