I replaced motor unit now dispensing ice perfectly fine no additional issues found at this time.

Complaint oven is not heating properly randomly will turn off by itself not working. Cooktop works fine. I found error codes Fee6 f6e1 f1e1 nothing in tech sheet for FEE6 or F1 E1 ordering main control and temperature sensor oven elements are all working fine so is the convection fan and heater.; ordrng 1 W10833885 (Thermistor) and 1 W11788991 (Control)

Complaint icemaker leaking. I found icemaker has a hairline fracture in the mold assembly water hammering when filter is installed. I found filter housing is damaged. Will need to be replaced. Also found icemaker damage will need to be replaced ordering parts.; ordrng 1 W11126009 (Ice maker) and 1 WP2260503B (Filter housing button) and 1 WPW10121140 (Filter housing)

"Complaint I have put three brand new water filters on refrigerator. It will push great water pressure for about 30 seconds with each filter and then go to nothing but with filter removed unit has great water pressure. I found water filter housing had a piece of plastic wedged in the back, preventing filter from screwing in tightly. Remove removed plastic adjusted housing tested operations unit dispensing water fine."

"Complaint dishwasher turns on intermittently when the door is opened most of the time it will not turn on at all. I found unit has correct voltage getting two the dishwasher, but nothing getting to the control. I found broken wiring harness in the hinge portion of the harness of the bottom of the door. Ordering wiring harness to repair issue.; ordrng 1 W11767092 (Harness)"

Complaint soap still on the bottom will not wash dishes. No sound of water motor has failed. Replaced sump motor assembly. I cleared F4 e3 and F 7e1. Verified heating element is working in diagnostic cycle. No further issues reported by customer.; used 1 W11613479 (MOTOR/SUMP) from stock

Complaint unit not making any ice has not since it was installed. I found water inlet valve has failed. Going to icemaker. Makes a humming noise but no water is coming through. Customer has proper water pressure getting to refrigerator and dispensing from door dispenser no leakage. I replaced water inlet valve ran test 164. Icemaker dispensing water perfectly fine through valve now.

Complaint unit not making ice. I tested fan motors. All three motors are working perfectly fine icemaker has E0 error code I found icemaker waterline was completely frozen defrosted waterline unit filling with water and cycling properly. Temperature in freezer as of right now is 1? temperature in fresh food section is 38.2. Unit set at 0? and 38? customer has a penny on ice that has not sunk.

Complaint light in the microwave is not working. I found light bulb was open. Replace light bulb light bulb is now working properly. No further issues reported by customer.

4.5 amp lid lock peak 4.15 agitation peak amp draw 2.6 average .08 amp draw cold .11 amp draw hot water 1.01 amp draw drain pump 6.8 dropping down to 3.3 upon start up spin cycle 119.4 while motor is spinning 121.9 idle 1.21 to ground extension cord 0.89 v in Gfci outlet 116.4 voltage drop when motor first spins 4.7 amp draw while drain pump and spin is going no load empty tub. 6.6 sense quick wash amp draw load of towels in tub 4.0 while filling and agitating. Peak seen ave 3.0 6.8 spin w towels 3.9 after water spun out file number 24226324 per manufactured unit as well within specifications with voltage dropping so low could be house baced issue per manufacturer. Washing machine must be on a dedicated circuit with nothing else on it at all.safety file number 24177413
