Complaint light switch is broken. Found complaint true replaced switch assembly. No additional issues reported by customer at this time.

Heating Element SP W11540964 Special Project S17304 replaced heating element tested operations inspected for water leakage no leakage found.

"Complaint per customer when they went to the doctor customer and pets had high levels of carbon monoxide in their blood. Customer stated that their dogs started experiencing a seizure. I found within 30 seconds of igniting oven. My CO detector went to over 300 ppm at a distance of 3 ft. I found unit is going to need 4 parts to rectify the issue a new burner tube a new igniter a new burner baffle and a new heat shield assembly. I found three of the four parts needed are no longer available no longer in production. Recommending replacement of unit due to issues unit has as well as due to the safety concerns that it poses as of right now, highly recommend customer does not use appliance at all due to the high level of carbon monoxide that is being released during operation.landlord stated they are going to replace unit."

Complaint not draining displaying f9e1 I found error codes F9e1 fae3 f8e2 error codes In fault history cleared I found drain pump locked up just humming. I replaced pump tested ops no leaks everything working fine.

Complaint washing machine will not start a load will not finish a load clothing still soaking wet at the end of the cycle F8e1 no fill long fill only error code in history. I found no additional issues with washing machine other than the cold valve has failed. No debris customer is in a townhouse on city water supply. Replaced valve tested operations. Customer started a load no further issues seen this time; used 1 W11210459 (VALVE(USE ORIGINAL HARNESS)) from stock
