"Tested washer and found when running a wash cycle when unit would sense and spin counter clockwise it would start making a loud grinding noise, checked unit and found cam not engaging all the way causing it to grind super loud. Replaced cam and actuator ran a calibration cycle and a wash cycle checked all operations and unit is now washing and working to factory specs ; used 1 W10913953 (Actuator), and 1 W10721967 (Cam) from stock"

"Tested unit and found machine would work properly when removing jumper for interface machine would go threw the cycle properly, when adding jumper back and adding coins unit would not recognize coin is being feed and not start, found proper voltage to unit tried to move jumper to each connection and same issue. Will order new jumper,interface and coin chute parts are special order advised when in we would call for return visit ; ordrng 1 WPW10491734 (Interface) and 1 W11126319 (Coin chute) and 1 W10520398 (Jumper)"

"Checked over freeze door and found when opening the door it would fall off due to top hinge not grabbing enough of the door to hold, checked lower hinge and found unit missing shims and door stop, found when changed door over they never swapped over stop and shim. Added new shim and fixed door stop to be on right side adjusted door and unit is now safe and operating to specs ; used 1 WP488881 (WASHER) from stock"

"Tested washer and found customer having trouble with unit walking out and shaking when in a spin cycle, checked leaks and pedestal and found locking nuts not tight leveled unit and made sure legs where tight and in place, ran machine threw several spin cycles with towels and unit spun perfect each time. Advised customer on loading unit with equal weights this will help with off balance loads and over loading unit also if unit starts to spin and shake to pause and remove one items to help even out load. Unit is now operating to specs"

Installed new outer door glass due to unit dented checked over all functions and unit is operating to specs doors are now working and opening as designed
