"Ran dryer and found when unit would heat up it would start making a squealing noise, removed drum and found rollers ceasing up on shafts. Replaced all parts with Repir kit lubed rollers and ran unit thew a cycle finding all operations now working to specs ; used 1 4392065 (DRYER REPAIR KIT) from stock"

"Ran washer and found unit would come on and start making a loud grinding noise when trying to shift into a sensing cycle, ran diagnostics and found error F7e5 shifter fault. Checked shifter and cam finding shifter arm broken causing cam to grind, replaced both parts and ran unit thew a calibration cycle then a wash and spin all operations are now working to specs ; used 1 W10721967 (CAM KIT) from stock"

"Tested unit and found washer would start a cycle then start to grind when slowing down from a spin, checked cam and found cam plastic ground down from actuator not advancing fully. Replaced cam and actuator ran a calibration cycle then a wash and spin finding all functioning now working to specs; used 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR), and 1 W10721967 (CAM KIT) from stock"

"Tested oven and found both front duel burners would not light properly and when lit they would click due to flam going in and out. Adjusted burners and tried to get flams correct and they just would not stay and stop clicking inspected burner heard and found both are warped and not sitting properly. Opened oven door and found door not closing properly found hinges and oven outer liner bent at hinge area found hinges bent hitting when door would close. Unit will need new burners, hinges, inner Liner, screws, extra time and orifices holders advised we would call when in due to some parts out of stock ; ordrng 2 W11436986 (Burner head)s and 1 W11036772 (Door liner) and 1 W11096978 (Hinge left) and 1 W11096977 (Hinge right) and 4 W10898280 (Screw)s and 1 W11729467 (Burner left) and 1 W11729475 (Orifice holder right)"

Advised cutsomer on arrival that the warranty they had expired and there would be a charge for the visit and parts needed cutsomer advised me they had an extended warranty I tried to look up and there is nothing she tried to call but I could not wait around she will call and let us know advised she has to tell them she had an extended and they need to send someone out for her

"Tested unit and found washer would not start it would just beep and sit there, ran diagnostics and found errors ust F5e1 lid switch fault lid up, f5e2 lid not locking or lid lock failure. Found latch not engaging causing unit to not start a cycle. Replaced latch and recalibrated unit ran a wash and machine is now locking and working to specs ; used 1 W10810403 (DOOR LOCK) from stock"

"Tested washer and found when machine would go into a spin cycle it would start to wobble and then shake out of control going off balance. Checked suspension and found unit bouncing around like a pogo stick suspension faulty. Replaced suspension and recalibrated unit, ran a wash then a spin and all operations are now working to specs"

"Tested unit and found when washer would go into a spin and shift it would start to grind and spin slowly checked actuator and found hanging up on cam. Replaced actuator and find capacitor leaking replaced capacitor and ran unit finding unit is now washing but still making a funny noise when spinning. Checked voltage to motor and found 100v checked voltage at control to motor and 110v will order new control and harness advised we would call when in due to part out of stock; ordrng 1 W11734307 (Cntrl) and 1 W11729561 (Lower harness), used 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR), and 1 W11395618 (CAPACITOR/INTER COIL) from stock"

"Checked over unit due to freezer would randomly stop freezing and go warm fridge would stay cold and work the whole time the freezer was warm then it would start freezing items again. Checked temps and found reading 0 in freezer 38 in fridge found high temp alarm flashing in Control, checked compressor and found running drawing proper amperage checked and reset 3 way coil valve and valve went into neutral then back into home position and started to release Freon. Coil valve and controls are causing unit to not switch and cool when calling for cold will order new 3 way valve, inverter, extra time, and control parts tentative p/a ; rqstng P&A on 1 5304529531 (Valve) and 1 5304536563 (Cntrl main) and 1 5304519115 (Pc cntrl) and 1 5304533506 (Inverter), states that autho needed"

"Tested unit and found left side of freezer door not closing causing no cooling in unit, removed door and found left side rail screws had come loose causing track to hit screw and not close. Fixed screw and replaced front screw with bigger screw to stop from loosening up and falling out, tested door and it is now closing and sealing to specs"
