"Checked over unit due to a gas smell and found when using the oven on bake it would smell like gas found the flam getting put out from the gas pressure being to high, checked hook up and found there was no pipe sealant on connections it was leaking gas and the gas line was opened to much causing to much pressure. Resealed connections with pipe sealant adjusted gas pressure to the correct pressure and unit is now operating to specs"

"Tested oven and found both ovens would not heat up on a bake or a broil cycle, checked relays and found good checked thermal cutoffs and found good tested all elements and found good tested voltage to unit and unit is only getting 120v should get 240v, this caused no heating up but unit to come on and run. Found wires inside box connection had shorted customer will get an electrician to look over the wiring and breaker oven is operating to manufacture specs"

"Tested unit and found fridge not cooling in both sections found freezer not blowing any cold air and fridge evap not frosting up, noticed compressor was not running at all and the unit was quite. Ran a diagnostics cycle and step 4 finding unit coming on and frosting up both evaporators normally, after cycle finished I canceled diagnostics and unit would not come back on unplugged and reset machine then unit came on and started to cool. Reset 3 way coil valve and cycled unit again to make sure everything was ok and u it is now cooling and operating to specs"

"Arrived and found unit erroring out F2e2 hmi disconnected ran diagnostics and checked errors finding another error f2e1 stuck button, ran a test and found unit tumbling and heating but heater not cycling on and off heater staying on. Found control relay for heat bad sticking on causing unit to error out and over heat. Checked console connections and found hmi connection good unplugged and reattached but error comes back. Unit will need new main cntrl,touch pad and thermal kit parts tentative p/a ; rqstng P&A on 1 W11413566 (Control panel) and 1 W11525996 (Cntrl), ordrng 1 279973 (Thermal cut off kit)"

Jimmy was a courteous and professional tech.
Even when the Whirlpool tech he was on the phone with, made him do several useless tests and tweeks, he maintained composure and manners, knowing that there was no fix for the problem with that stove.
Jimmy is a good man. Give him a raise! He deserves it, putting up with the likes of Whirlpool tech’s.
