Complaint water leaking from dishwasher when starting. Unit under warranty per goods date with 1 year additional ELW. Ran diagnostic no stored errror codes. No leak noted. Checked sump and hoses. All tested okay.

Replaced oven door and nameplate. Tested ok.

Replaced the ice maker and UI control. Tested ok. Customer to discard the first few batches of ice. Allow 24-48 hours for full bin.

"Replaced the side UI, unit kicked into defrost upon replacing the board. Ran 57 fan runs fine. Rc thermistor test 3 at 41 degrees. Was advised to run test 40 all the way through. Ran test went right back into defrost. Called whirlpool back advised to have the customer put a load in the fridge. Unit came out of defrost and started cooling. No additional parts to correct, they have all been replaced. Same SR 7739813562. Unit is working at this time. Temps are starting to drop, customer will monitor and call if further issues."

"Complaint the dishwasher does not work, contractor came out and stated there was an error code on unit. F7E2. Ran diagnostic wash motor does not run. At the board checked P5 pin 1-2 17.2 ohms. Normal range is 7-12. Checked voltage output, only getting 4.8 volts to the wash motor. Needs new sump and control. Order parts. ; ordrng 1 W11629914 (Control)"
