Jacob has been to this job several times to assist with different issues. Typically he has done a fine job. This last trip was to install a fridge door panel trim kit. The door panel operated as intended before he attempted his repair. At some point he decided things weren’t going his way and brought me over to look at an alignment issue. Something moved/shifted when he attempted to install the door trim and now the door was rubbing the frame and not closing well. When I offered to help and also see if I could get the cabinet company on the phone for assistance. He said he didnt do adjustments and was way behind for the day packed up his tools and left without telling me he was leaving. He also did not complete the trim installation. So I aligned the panel so the door would close, changed several screws that I believe he installed that were too long and had pierced the front skin of the door panel. The trim kit is still not installed. I guess I will attempt to install myself. I prefer not to have him back on any of my projects.

While our technicians are always happy to accommodate our customers whenever possible, we are only authorized to service the appliance itself. Because custom cabinet panels and trim are part of the cabinetry installation, we cannot make adjustments to them or assume liability for any modifications. Our understanding is that Jacob recommended contacting the cabinet company for assistance with the panel alignment.

The refrigerator light is still not working, and tech did not come back to finish the repair after numerous tech messages

Jacob explained the reasoning dryer wasn’t drying. He blew out the vent and straightened a kink that the installer left. Although it isn’t drying like my old one, it is better.
