"Delivery Date is June 25,2025. Service pointer# W11782244. Found the in line fuse is good, but when the door is open and closed the contact separates in the fuse and power is lost. I confirmed the control and user interface are not faulty. Was able to operate the dishwasher. "Customer complaint was with the left side panel of the range getting hot too the touch. Found no issues with the door gasket or door sealing completely. No error codes stored, tested components in diagnostics. I removed the side panel of the range to check the insulation around the oven cavity, tucked the insulation in against the oven cavity near front of range by the door hinge. Tested the oven at 400F. The side panel is not hot too the touch. Customer confirmed the side panel is no longer hot like they had experienced."

"Found gas leak at flex line gas supply from house to range, gas leak at connection to the safety valve/pressure regulator, on the home installation connection, no cracks or issues found with the pressure regulator, documented with Whirlpool tech support case# 23441555, sent over pictures. Safety case# 23417317, Safety is covering trip and diagnosis. Homeowner has been advised to replace the flexible gas line and reinstall the adapter/connection with new pipe sealant connecting the flexible gas line to the pressure regulator.
