Complaint that the stove has a burnt smell to it. Found error codes F6E1 over temp. Found bad control board. Tried multiple attempts to get in touch with the safety department but no luck. Called office and was told to call on Monday again to get approval for parts. The part # is W11594224. Will order as soon as I get approval from Whirlpool Safety and I get the SR# confirmation. Complaint that the dryer would stop on its own. Customer ran it and it stopped and mentioned that opening the door and closing it again would making run again for some time then will stop again and door is needed to be opened and closed again so it could run. Found error codes F2E1. Good heating present. Door switch is working fine. Found bad 240v plug to the wall causing unit to loose connection. Customer will have the electrical verified.

Complaint that the dishwasher is not washing properly. Found bad sump pump. Replaced part and unit working normal. No leaks detected. ; used 1 W11613479 (MOTOR/SUMP) from stock

Replaced part and ran two diagnostic cycles and all running normal.
