"Removed panel to replace parts ordered. Found harness to vent motor was barely hanging and not making proper contact may have been the culprit to unit not drying due to vent not receiving voltage. Replaced vent motor assy and dispenser. Ran unit through diagnostics, unit checks fine. Found no evidence that customer is using rinse aid. They claim that that use rinse aid. No error codes present, unit checks fine."

Constant heat from compressor has caused rubber grommets that compressor mounting brackets sit on have become dry rotted and shriveled. Vibration from compressor has caused brackets to vibrate. Corrected by tightening mounting tabs on compressor. Unit checks fine.

I feel the tech and I got off on a rocky introduction. The air was cleared quickly. Setting that aside he made the necessary repairs, explained how the plastic and metal parts are not always working in sync and problems erupt. We ended on a more pleasant note. Overall, I had a good experience.

Caleb did an excellent job of identifying and then repairing the issue with our Maytag washer. He diligently worked on the issue assessment & repair and clearly explained the work that was needed & completed. The space he worked in was left in a clean and neat fashion after his work was completed. I would highly recommend Caleb!
