"When entering diagnostics unit will shut down and will not power back on unless you cycle the power, does this every time running diags, was able to get the unit to drain. Drain pump buzzing but not pushing water. Unit needs new drain and control. Unit will need to be fully uninstalled in order to service due to location of unit. Needs 2 blocks of time; ordrng 1 W11497943 (Drain pump) and 1 W11410063 (Control)"

My experience over the phone was horrible , the young lady who answered the phone was not knowledgeable and extremely misinformed . Extremely condescending and just a overall bad attitude, I would definitely never recommend anyone to buy into this service if they have another choice
