"Customer states that there was a sound while in use, tested fan and operation of the unit and found no issues or errors at this time, customer showed me that his mesh filter is bent and that could be the culprit of random noise. Advised customer that this part is not under warranty and provided customer with part number and advised to call whirlpool for a replacement filter."
