"Found refrigerator unplugged on arrival. Pulled unit out, removed back. Plugged refrigerator in. Compressor started and operating properly. Amp draw good. No issues found at time of visit. Customer says that refrigerator was running for several weeks then he he noticed ice had melted and unit was not cooling. All fans working correctly. Advised customer to leave refrigerator plugged in and running and if problem returns to call back but leave unit plugged in so we can better diagnose."
