"Tested washer, ran quick wash cycle then normal cycle. Allowed washer to fill completely and run each cycle for several minutes. No leaks or evidence of leaks. Cancelled each cycle and drained. No leaks during drain. Unable to duplicate issue. Suspect possible problem with standpipe in wall. Advised customer to use washer but monitor during cycle. If problem returns to document when problem occurs and to call back"

On arrival installed timer. Tested unit and it heated properly and turned as designed. No other issues found.
