Upon arrival the washer drained for about a minute the stopped i cleared the drain code and tested the washer all tested ok. I was unable to verify a drain failure

"Farm Drive broken caused by broken motor pulley. Order parts, unable to test further at this time.; ordrng 1 W10837240 (Idler pulley) and 1 661570V (Drive belt) and 1 WP8066184 (Pulley) and 1 279834 (Coils)"

Found the heater element was unplugged inside the dryer due to manufacturing plugged in the wire tested all OK

Found CCU not responding to diagnostics washer not starting order CCU ; schdld next appmnt for 1/16 FRI PM

F6E1 error code loss of communication from control board check harness it tested ok order parts. Both are out of stock we will have to call customer when parts arrive ; ordrng 1 W11790401 (User interface) and 1 W11790277 (Control)
