"Tested unit and found washer powering up and not washing, found unit locked and would not drain. Checked drain pump and found pump not running just buzzing causing unit to not complete the cycle. Tipped unit back and removed the drain filter finding drain impeller blocked by a color pad, removed and unit is now working to specs advised customer on checking for the pads in washer."

Tested unit and found washer would start and just sit never washing or spinning properly. Ran diagnostics and found unit had no Errors stored ran step 12 and found unit would not sense or go threw the cycle found motor control not responding. Replaced control and ran step 12 unit went threw ran a wash cycle and all operations are now working to specs

Tested unit and found door not closing found latch broken not holding door lock. Replaced latch and gasket kit ran a wash cycle and unit is now operating to specs

"Tested unit and found dishwasher would not drain water at end of cycle, ran a drain and found when I would open the door just a little the drain pump would come on and start draining once closed it would stop. Removed front panel and found brown wire broken out of molex casing the no power, repined wire back into molex and unit is now draining and operating to specs"
