"Installed new parts and ran microwave thew a 1 min heat cycle, unit heating up and working to specs"

"Checked over unit and found customer having issues with items still freezing in draws. Chcked temps and found unit reading 34 in draws and 38 in upper sections customer put unit up to 39 degrees. Checked air flow and found damper opening and closing normally and all functions working as designed advised there nothing more that can be done for freezing of items all parts have been replaced and are working normally that control temps customer may have to turn unit more. Advised there is no more fix for issue on this freezing items unit may need to be replaced with new customer will be calling manufacturer advised nothing more I can even do to stop from freezing they will need a second opinion in machine if it had not been replaced with a new unit, checked for service bulletins and damper issue had already been fixed and all other steps."

Installed new thermistor and control set temps to recommended settings and advised customer to give unit 24 hrs so temps can regulate advised there is nothing more to be done that will correct temps fridge just may run cold advised they may have to turn temps up some witch is fine.

"Checked temps in fridge section and found reading 32 degrees on middle shelf, checked freezer temps and found reading 20 degrees removed control board and Tested freezer sensor found it reading 27.2 k ohms, tested sensor in fridge 22.8 K ohms 45 to 46 degrees in fridge sections. Found freezer thermistor not reading correctly causing unit to over cool fridge section allowing items to freeze. Will order new thermistor for freezer and display control, parts tentative p/a ; ordrng 1 5303918775 (Thermistor kit) and 1 5304530929 (Display control), states that autho needed"
