Ck unit upon arrival and found power at display but no operation. Remove and check unit and found power wire burnt. Found nut to red burnt wire on harness loose. Unplug unit and submitted parts for order. Inform customers office will reach out once parts become available ; ordrng 1 W11761836 (Harness main) and 1 Wpw10245259 (Terminal block) and 4 Wp3400029 (Nut)s and 1 Pt220 (3wire)

Ck unit upon arrival per customer she had recently had another company came out and they replace main control. Remove and Ohm out sensor and found resistance reading jumping all over the place. Check resistance reading and per Samsung at room temperature resistance should be around 1080 Ohms quote customer for repair and inform customer office will reach out once parts become available ; ordrng 1 DG32-00002B (Temperature sensor)

Ck unit upon arrival and remove and install door with gasket door closure and nameplate heat seal gasket for proper suction unit now operating to manufacturers specs ; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 W10830055 DOOR GASKET

Installed new fan motor and control checked cooling and air flow finding unit is now blowing air into fridge section and cooling to specs. Advised customer unit will take 24 to 48 hrs to regulate temps adding items into fridge and freezer will help get temps down and read correctly. All operations are now working to specs
