"Arrived and found dispenser drawer with a slight bit of gunk build up, cleaned and customer education on how the water is siphoned from the inside of the dispenser assembly. Advised methods of cleaning both inside of drawer and tub utilizing the clean washer cycle. Unit tests fine.Informed customer should we return and find no manufacturing defect then customer would be responsible for service fee."

Tech was here on time and checked the machine and found that the bleach area was dirty. He cleaned it and said that wes the problem. After he left we tried the machine and the same problem started again. . He told us that if we continued to have a problem and it was not a factory defect we would be charged a service call.This problem does not seem to go away. Call me at 860-990-7096 if there is something else we can do. Thank you
