WORST !!! Gary from Advantage Appliance Repair spent 10 minutes (15 minutes tops) to diagnose my clothes washer which was not draining water in its cycles. He said the transmission was shot/worn out, saw gear oil in the motor and leaking oil inside the motor and other parts and that the main bearings in the tub were seizing, making a grumbling noise. It is impossible that he unscrewed the three screws in the back (and my observation there are no screws), took the back off the machine and examined in the limited time and there is no grumbling noise in the drum. He is a scam and did no such inspection. I have a dispute in with my credit card company to reverse the charge. VERY BAD.

Tech was here on time and checked the machine and found that the bleach area was dirty. He cleaned it and said that wes the problem. After he left we tried the machine and the same problem started again. . He told us that if we continued to have a problem and it was not a factory defect we would be charged a service call.This problem does not seem to go away. Call me at 860-990-7096 if there is something else we can do. Thank you
