The problem was not resolved at all after 2 visits by the technician
I am loosing my food products as we speak because every thing is a mass of ice in my refrigerator
Planning to visit Home Depot today as a matter of fact to file a complaint
This is rediculus
Polled out a container last nite from the 2nd shelf for dinner was a mass of ice
There goes our meal for the night
