"Sr#7737297033. Inspected and found ice in the mold, freezer temp measured -6 degrees, cycled and ice dumped out and ice maker refilled with water. Called techline, they advised replacing ice maker again along with control board. Will order and return.; ordrng 1 W11558182 (Control board) and 1 W11546935 (Ice maker)"

Called techline again Sr#7737194479. Moisture on top of freezer door gasket still but has decreased since door was replaced and seal was installed. Techline advised raising door mounting brackets so freezer door will close closer to separator. Adjusted door mounts and raised door. Please allow 24-48 hours for results. Customer will monitor.
