"Complaint of not running, unplugged on arrival with load in unit. F8e1 (no fill, long fill) only error in history. Load in unit was a couple pillows and was set to deep water wash.Ran diagnostic cycle. Not filling with hot water, hot water valve turned off., turned on and ran again, both valves working, completed test cycle, does make noise like squeaking belt in spin.Lower unit inspection found what looked to be pillow filler under unit that had been sucked into belt drive, cleared. Recalibrated unit. Belt still a little noisy but unit runs ok. Ran drain and spin to test belt at max speed and spinning out fine, noise goes away as it gets to speed.Quoted for cam/belt/labor, but is working as is.Put load back in washer and ran on bulky deep water. Filled and went into agitation fine.Had quoted service call after explaining not covered under warranty on arrival. Went to collect and son said it was his moms , she didnt make service call ( adult son did) and is refusing to pay. Nothing collected, but let son know it will be marked failure to pay and we wouldnt do future service."

"Replaced control and harness, tie wrapped drain hose to fill lines. Leveled unit ( back feet are all the way up, fronts almost all the way down ), these units do shake. Some tiles are higher then others on floor, so if moves it is no longer level.Ran normal cycle on auto and filled fine to proper level; used 1 W11643701 (HARNESS LOWER) from stock"

"Unit had stopped making ice, then started again. Verified ice bin full, cubes look good. Verified fan and damper operation. Thermistors passed."

"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Complaint of intermittently humming . Found icemaker is on, but not connected to water and is source of noise. Turned off and cs had similar model at last house, just assumed it came being off. All other sounds normal for unit"

"The other night the unit was blinking lights, they recorded it and it kept running, he let it go and went to bed, at 4 am unit was still running. Code it was blinking was a f3e2. Had cs start a cycle prior to arrival, unit was finishing a rinse cycle and drained, gave the f3e2 error and went through a manual drain. Checked pressure hose and is fine and not clogged, not damaged. Control has been replaced twice, harness and valve assy have been replaced. Drain runs and clears fine.Called tech line. Documented all previous work and issue. They said to replace acu again. Having parts specify ordering from plainesville to ensure newest software version on board.Sr#7741276734Will replace acu and harness on return once again. Drain line depths in stand pipe, Amount of soap use verified; ordrng 1 W11740022 (Control)"
