Ck unit upon arrival and use blow dryer to defrost left rail and adjust legs to maximum adjustment also inform customer frost build up is due to door not closing properly. Inform customer with legs adjusted once enough weight is added to freezer gravitational pull will help the unit to close due to the tilt backwards. Also inform customer to always double check to make sure door is always close properly
