Unit leaking from heating element. Is covered for parts and labor through S17304. Replaced heater and ran service diagnostic cycle fine.; used 1 W11537778 (HEATER W/NUTS) from stock

Complaint that the washer would not stop running. Found bad pressure sensor on the control board.

Complaint that the dryer wont stop running. Found unit running nonstop. Adjusted connections on the board and unit working normal now. Mentioned to the customer that control board is working erratic. Quoted for parts and labor. Customer is ok to se it as it is for now. Collected for minor repairs.

Complaint that the ice maker is not working. Found freezer door not shutting properly do to ice buildup on the rail. Removed all ice and door closing properly. Mentioned to the customer to keep an eye on the cooling for the next few days.
