Found unit not leveled properly causing the majority of the water to set higher to the front. Leveled to factory recommendation, adjusted seal properly and unit no longer leaking. "Complaint that the washer is not draining. Upon arrival found the washer still had the safety pins on the back. Customer had already replaced that drain pump and still didnt drain. Found error codes 18, 25, 27, 23, 9, 77, 19, 34. Found bad lock, inver and control. Drain pump is working fine but in diagnostic test no voltage reaching the pump. Quoted for parts and labor. Customer will look into calling the store where it was purchased about the safety pins damaging the washers components. Washing with the safety pins on the panel will create a many issues to the washer. Customer will let the office know if they would fix the washer or not. Collected trip fee. CK."
