Customer complaint is that washer basket jammed and made a loud noise. Confirmed and found basket splines stripped. Basket is loose. Drive shaft and wash basket nut turn together when trying to remove nut. Nut would have to be cut off to make repair. Quoted customer for labor. Customer will call manufacturer for labor authorization. Called techline to document findings. I rate Ruben 5 stars because he was able to fix the machine. I rate the previous visit with Andre (Job #: SWPS7404A890-1) with 0 stars. He couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the machine & said I lost a leg of power on my electrical panel. I had to hire an electrician to come out and he said there was no issue with my panel. Andre made a false statement that caused me extra cost and then I had to put in for another service call.

Jeremy was right on time. Friendly and focused on our problem. As he worked he noticed another problem and promised to return at another time and fix it. Two days later he returned with the parts he needed and completed fixing our fridge. We appreciate his concerns and him taking time to return to fix things. Well done, Jeremy.
