I rate Ruben 5 stars because he was able to fix the machine. I rate the previous visit with Andre (Job #: SWPS7404A890-1) with 0 stars. He couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the machine & said I lost a leg of power on my electrical panel. I had to hire an electrician to come out and he said there was no issue with my panel. Andre made a false statement that caused me extra cost and then I had to put in for another service call.
