"Please call customer to schedule with electronic control for a follow up appointment when ETA is known for receiving the electronic control. Washing machine is plugged in to power source when I arrived, drain pump not on or energized. Confirmed F9 E1 fault for long drain. Checked air dome for debris and checked for flash port, checked pressure hose for kinks or air leaks, found none. Checked drain pump for debris. Tested washing machine in Normal wash, and drain in spin cycles. In normal wash cycle, drain pump runs continuously and with the pressure switch disconnected from the pressure switch transducer and never advances to the fill cycle. Case# 23305408 documented with tech support where as the electronic control had been replaced previously. Confirmed lid lock was broken. Replaced the latch part# W11670519.. Ran a calibration and self test in diagnostics. Tested washing machine in Normal wash and drain and spin cycles. The washing machine is operating properly. Job is complete.; used 1 W11670519 (Latch) from stock
