"Arrived and installed new door (with customers help), hooked up and there was a problem getting the water line to fit and causing a leak. Tried to make it work but hoses are different sizes. Contacted tech support and they said wed jus have to order a new door. Ordering new door and 2nd technician. ; ordrng 1 123789 (2nd tech)"

Arrived and found unit in the garage/unairconditioned space and freezes in the freezer fine but nothing frozen in the FF section. Advised customer to move unit to an air conditioned space or treat it like a cooler.

"But stopped agitating, this is third time, two times previous the cam had melted, no rough spots on gear case assembly, not really being against anything, first call cam had come loose and scraped against shield, when turning agitation but hand the movement is rough. Looks to be internal issue with gear case assy. Quoted for gear case, Washplate/screw, actuator, belt and additional labor. Denied , no further charge."
