Complaint that the washer is leaking water from the bottom. Found bad hoses and drain pump and inside is heavily rusted out needing more smaller parts. Quoted parts and labor. Customer decided they would go with a new unit due to age.

"Not cooling, no fans, no lights on, found unit unplugged on arrival, had come loose from outlet. Is in a two prong adapter, spread plug to make more secure and showed issue, uses side of unit lug for storage so being hit by bags, step ladder."

"Unit has the updated drain style, but has clogged Again after been steamed clear couple months ago by us. Unit is in a very humid area, room just off an indoor pool, dirt build up in water tray and dust is stickyQuoted for new drain tube as cannot fully clean a p trap style drain, vacuum tray and clear ice build up. "Complaint of leaking and produce freezing in drawer. No separate vent for produce, other rf items ok, suggest raising temp of rf a degree or two. Leak has formed a big sheet of ice in bottom of rf with a clump at the left rear. This is directly below icemaker. Ice cubes tray full and regular size cubes, removed icemaker and tray not overflowing. Pulled off icemaker evap cover and bottom of evap /drain clear. Icemaker has been replaced previously. No signs of source of leak, just ice below, but has to be from icemaker unit. Ordering evap cover assembly. Icemaker and housing, 2x time; rqstng P&A on 1 5303918784 (Fan housing kit) and 1 242142203 (Icemaker cover) and 1 5303918571 (Fill tube seal) and 1 243297613 (Icemaker), ordrng 1 2xtime (2x time)"

"Unit unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Water in unit on arrival. Cs had switched from a double sink to a single as well, but using same disposal. Mustve been set up different as the knockout was still in disposal. Removed and unit drained fine. Covered by single customer instruct for cs."
