Complaint that the freezer has frost all over. Found freezer door not sealing properly due to excessive ice buildup. Adjusted gasket and cleared out all ice and door closes normal. Found bad door gasket. Will order part.; rqstng P&A on 1 W10917313 (Gasket)

Replaced defrost thermostat and steamed clear evaporator. Towel used to soak up excess water while steaming.
