Arrived and found ice maker fully functional but bin is a frozen lake of ice. Melted ice bin and verified auger fully functional. Educated customer on keeping the dispenser flap closed to prevent warm air migrating into ice bin.

Ran auto test mode and all functions operated normally just unit wasnt steady on the floor. Adjusted feet and tested fine. Advised customer to how to load and utilize cycles.Informed customer should we return and find no manufacturing defect then customer would be responsible for service fee."
