Customer mentioned that when they thawed out the refrigerator they took the back panel out and only found frost pattern on the top corner on the evaporator showing poor frost pattern. Mentioned to the customer to keep an eye on the cooling for the next few days. Customer will do some cleaning on the on the bottom gasket where is accumulating rust and the refrigerator would make proper seal. Only issue the unit has is the rust on the bottom to be cleaned out.
