Complaint that the washer is not spinning out. Found spin settings was off on the Normal Bulky and Towels setting. Ran a diagnostic cycle and a regular cycle. Unit running normal. No issues found.

Replaced all parts and unit running normal. No more hammering and left a quick cycle wash and customer will keep an eye on it.

"Inspected and found unit not filling with enough water, not showing pressure system fault tho, air hose and dome tested fine, also unit causing water hammer in pipes, will order parts and call for return date.; ordrng 1 W11687817 (Main acu) and 1 W11614515 (Inlet valve)"

Complaint that the unit is not cycling through correctly. Found washer unleveled and needed adjustment. Found F0E3 and F0E5 due to washer not leveled correctly. Leveled and all adjusted properly.

Complaint that the unit is leaking water from the bottom left. Found dispenser hose not connected to the drum. Reattached the hose and ran a quick cycle and all running normal. No leaks detected. Cold side hose needed tightening.
