Customer complained of a fish smell. Took back off no smell. Took draws out of freezer and no smell. Took draws out of ff section and has a slight smell. Recommended baking powder boxes 4 of them to rectify Oder they have. Everything is clean for most part. Odor is not covered under warranty warranty is a functional warranty only. No issues with refrigerator found at this time. Left customer with estimate. Customer to contact manufacture I and I fulfilled.

"Complaint icemaker in the freezer is not making any ice. I found door is cambered warped, top screws or sticking out further than the ones in the bottom, preventing door from closing light switch all the way preventing unit from making ice. I cycled icemaker it filled with water, perfectly fine while pressing and holding door switch all the way down. Unit has about a quarter inch difference between the top of the door and the bottom of the door. Customer to call our office when door arrives. Door will take between 12 and 18 weeks give or take some time for door to come in. "Complete washing machine, not emptying fabric softener dispenser. Lots of water still remaining at the end of the cycle. I could not duplicate complaint customer coded for dispenser assembly replacement found and cleared error code from fault history F4e1 f5e2 f5e4 customer declined repair today has to speak to her husband."

"Complaint not filling with water 1-2 6-1 4-3 9-1 error codes in fault history I found control is turning water valve off prematurely. I found diverter is actively leaking and fill valve making noise. Unit will need control motor sump assembly, and fill valve to fix. No further issues found with dishwasher at this time. Salt brine tank is intact. No issues with tank. all electronics wiring is intact. No fraying or breakage found or corrosion on the wiring harness at diverter point. customer declined estimate is going to shop around."

Complaint crazy loud noise in the middle towards the end of the cycles found f6e3 acu cannot hear motor I found rotor bolt had come completely off and was laying loose under washing machine. I reinstalled with blue locktite. I performed a Dlms calibration process no further noises or issues found.
