"Complaints on the freezer side behind the bin here water dripping intermittently sizzling noise also occurring water after replacing a filter blows out extremely fast out of door dispenser food on the top shelf freezing right hand door closes easier than the left-hand door. Right hand door closes easier due to physics doors is a larger door has the same tensioning spring as the freezer door so it is going to close easier due to physics, nothing to fix nothing to adjust on top shelf is due to air vents being blocked. Advised customer on orientation of food. Water blowing out of door dispenser after customer replaces water filter is due to air being in the waterline after customer replaces water filter, customer to run 4 gallons of water through door dispenser to get all air out of the system, after replacing water filter fix to adjust unit dispensing perfectly fine upon arrival as theres no air in the system but a tiny little bit. Sizzling noise accompanying by dripping noise is due to normal operation unit going into defrost mode, allowing evaporator to defrost the drain hole and the bottom of the floor, where the water escapes into drain pan underneath unit to fix nothing to adjust. No issues found with refrigerator at this time. No additional issues reported by customer at this time and all cosmetic defects are non-discoverable as unit is past 30 day cosmetics warranty from when unit was registeredfor delivery on November 16, 2023"

"Complaint oven door is not in perfect. Alignment has some squish at the top left-hand corner allowing door to be pushed in slightly further than on the right side. I found no issues as this specific model has a one spring oven door design. Left-hand door does not have that same heavy spring in it as the right hand side does also the natural squish of the door gasket is allowing door to be pushed in just ever so slightly. No issues with door at this time cannot adjust due to cosmetics warranty only being 30 days, not a functional issue is strictly a cosmetic based issue."

Complaint dryer making loud grinding noise. I found noise was caused by debris screws nails. as well as a metal part that have gotten wedged in the gasket. Removed all debris tested rollers inspected drum no issues with the rest of the dryer dryer will always make thump noise from where dryer drum weld is located rolling across idler rollers. Unit is no longer making loud grinding noise during operation dryer as of right now its heating perfectly fine with no additional issues found.

Lights still not working on arrival. Replaced light in evaporator on roof and that made the freezer light and the two top lights come back on. "Complaint door light on occurring will not dispense water chimes all hours day night does not mater if we open close all the doors. I found door light switches are all operational normally as of right now I suspect control or ui malfunction occurring preventing proper reading of door switches from occurring.
