Found unit working properly at this time. Customer had new knob that was sent out by whirlpool due to a crack in the original knob. As a courtesy I installed the new knob.

Found the problem is the ice maker Slow ice production Harvested out and fillEverything is frozen in freezer breads.; ordrng 1 W11546935 (Icemaker)

Ff door switch broken replaced switch and set temp at recommended

Making noise during spin squealing noises and screeching noises needs gear case job ; ordrng 1 W11449840 (Gear case) and 1 W11481722 (Actuator) and 1 W10721967 (Splutz) and 1 W11510461 (Wash plate)

Complaint that the unit is not draining correctly. Found connector not plugged in properly. 120v present but not secured properly. Adjusted wiring and ran two diagnostic test and calibration cycle unit working normal. No parts needed to be ordered.
