Complaint that microwave is not turning on. Found harness not having proper connection. Adjusted at control board and unit working properly. Ran a quick 30sec cycle and heating normally. ; O-emld tckt

Replace IM and ran a cycle and it fully turned and called for water. Mentioned to the customer to keep an eye out on the ice.

"Found no issues with the drain pan and evaporator section was fully ice up and clogged the fan and all components. Replaced fan. Found that the refrigerator is so unleveled and tilted forward because of the floor and it was too unleveled to adjust. Customer will have the refrigerator wedged up and leveled.
