Complaint icemaker is not working not making ice has a brand new water filter installed still no change. Door is also out of level. auger when ice bin was full had flipped the switch to the off position midway point. I found door level is an easy adjustment re-level door no further issues found icemaker is cycling fine and filling with water perfectly fine all tray cubes. No further issues found at this time with refrigerator.

"Complaint dryer is not producing any heat. Ill operations are working properly though will not dry clothes. I found thermal cut out was open. Heating element has 10.4 ohms of resistance is perfectly fine. I found complete vent restriction with moisture and condensation in behind dryer, stuck in tube as well as on exterior wall outside of house. I replaced thermal cut out tested operations. Dryer is now heating perfectly fine. No further issues found with dryer at this time. if we come back for a venting restriction again we must charge customer I and I complete.; used 1 279816 (THERMAL KIT) from stock"

I replaced main harness replaced cam kit that was melted on top edge and drive belt Issues found everything now working properly. Performs DLMS calibration before departure.

Found low water pressure found kinked water line from unit being pushed back. And water filter issues.

I replaced all previously ordered parts tested operations. Dryer is heating fine and operating normally. No additional issues found with dryer at this time.
