"Complaint per customer when they went to the doctor customer and pets had high levels of carbon monoxide in their blood. Customer stated that their dogs started experiencing a seizure. I found within 30 seconds of igniting oven. My CO detector went to over 300 ppm at a distance of 3 ft. I found unit is going to need 4 parts to rectify the issue a new burner tube a new igniter a new burner baffle and a new heat shield assembly. I found three of the four parts needed are no longer available no longer in production. Recommending replacement of unit due to issues unit has as well as due to the safety concerns that it poses as of right now, highly recommend customer does not use appliance at all due to the high level of carbon monoxide that is being released during operation.landlord stated they are going to replace unit."

Per customer upon arrival unit has been working fine past couple of days. I found out of balance error code only code f0e5 in history. As of now cannot duplicate issue.

F8e0 f6e9 f6e6 in history. I found upper blower fan motor would not spin on low speed and diagnostics cycle was locked up with spin fine in high speed lower blower fan. Would spin perfectly fine in both speeds. Replaced upper cleared codes tested operations both ovens achieved 350? with no issues found. Unit working as of right now as designed.

Complaint unit not making ice hasnt made ice in about a week. I found icemaker mold was full of ice to proper level. I found water pressure is fine getting two unit and dispensing test 45 test icemaker 56 has E0 no code test 57 cycled the ice out of the tray into the bucket unit making ice perfectly fine as of right now. Temperatures in freezer are -3.4? fresh food section is 38.9 unit set to 40? and -4? upon arrival. no door gasket issues or frosting in the freezer found at this time. All doors are sealing as they should be checked door switches. Everything appears to be functioning properly. I suspect the unit had defrosted the fill tube by itself in the past couple hours 6 to 8 hours as customer stated the bin has been completely empty for the past two weeks not even one cube in there.
