No leakage is occurring no out of balance issues performed a calibration process before departure. Also performed a quick wash cycle to make sure that there is no issues after calibrating. "Complaint customer stated that she had a power message that flashed across the screen for a split moment while she was doing laundry and then the dryer shut off it would not turn back on again no display nothing would power on I checked incoming voltage is proper and correct I found no flashing light on the main control. I found control is getting 122.3 V across black and yellow wire going into the control I found control has 32.3V dc of current coming out of control to user interface, even though the light is not flashing on the control. Unit should give not more than 13.6 vdc to ui ordering ui will install control and ui together may have to flash control with updater tool ; ordrng 1 W11790399 (Ui)"

"5.5 oz 134 I replaced three wave valve and sealed system. Components filter dryer low side pressures are going to -15 psi when compressor kicks on high side pressures will get to about 50 psi and refrigerator will reboot itself compressor kicks off and then just clicks was able to get pressures to go up to about 165 psi fresh food evaporator is producing a full frost pattern, unsure for how long it will continue to cool for. Complaint food defrosting in freezer frost occurring on shelving unit in freezer. I found left side of door is not closing properly door slide rail. gasket also was deformed. I reformed gasket was able to de-ice and unseized left side rail. door is now closing properly and gasket is sealing all the way around properly also defrosted the light switch so unit will know when doors opened and closed. No further issues found at this time or reported by customer no sealed system issues.

Replaced all parts performed Dlms calibration had to assist motor to spin over it started it worked and passed calibration then passed a diagnostic cycle fine without assistance then when load is in washer got f6e3 again ordering motor control and ui office will call when parts come in. Went from 22 mins to sensing agitated a few seconds spun slowly then repeated then never spun then stated washing completed. Same issue as b4 also getting F7 three and F0E5 alongside it continuously popping like the slider cannot find a position the entire cycle. Will not do a drain and spin will not perform or finish any cycle will agitate perfectly fine. Will spin perfectly fine in any diagnostics cycle.; ordrng 1 W11614514 (Control) and 1 W11793907 (Ui)
