"Tested unit and found oven light not coming on when opening the door and when manually putting it on, tested voltage at socket and found no power Coming from control to turn light on also terminal burnt on the end. Unit will need new socket assembly and control. Parts tentative p/a ; ordrng 1 W11088878 (Control) and 1 W11594170 (Socket assembly)"

Tested unit and checked for errors found f0e4 spun limited to water temp to high f2e1 stuck key ran unit threw a self diagnostics test and found all functions going threw normally. Customer had been noticing water leaking from the front checked dispenser for fabric softener and found socks blocking drain causing an over flow removed and recalibrated unit advised customer if any water is still leaking to take a pic or video as of now water has no water leaking after removing socks and unit is working to specs

"Checked over unit and found right oven would not heat up properly it would light but never get to temp, checked flam and found burner lighting but flam super small giving off very little heat. Tested gas valve and found not holding found gas flowing when unit is off and a little flam staying lit unit will need new gas valve to fix issue. Wile. Checking valve found orfice had gotten blocked causing very little gas to flow cleaned and gas is now flowing and burner as it should. Advised customer on issue with valve and to leave oven off on right side until parts are replaced advised we would call when parts are in for return visit ; ordrng 1 W11239228 (Gas valve)"

"Checked over unit and found machine would not start a cycle unless you push down on lid so it locks, checked hinges and found left and right hinges loose and not set in place correctly. Adjusted hinges and secured checked lid and it is now closing properly, leveled unit and ran a calibration cycle. All functions now working to proper specs"

Customer complaint is that oven heats for about 10 minutes then oven shuts down. Display shuts off. Preheated oven to 350 degrees. ; ordrng 1 WPW10511278 (module-spk) and 1 W11448312 (Spark Igniter)
