"Tried to run washer and found unit would not come on, ran a diagnostics and unit came on and displayed error F5e2 lock failure, f5e3 unlock failure tested lock and found good, ran a self diagnostics and a spin cycle finding unit would never ramp up in a spin due to faulty control. Replaced control and unit is now spinning properly and working to specs"

"Checked over unit due to customer had been down by the unit and could smell a burner smell they unplugged unit and left it, removed compressor cover and found no wires melted or any sign of burning plugged unit back in and found copper line had popped a whole in it and was letting out a burnt smell noticed smell was the compressor burnt out witch now had moved into all the cooling lines and contaminated the entire system. The unit would need to be cleaned and flushed out replacing all parts witch is not economical customer is worried about unit now since its been an issue. "Installed new control, and fan heated oven on a bake cycle and unit got to correct temps, ran a air fry mode and fan is now running and operating properly. Advised customer unit is functioning as designed the fan is quite also the front on the stove door will got hot to touch due to air coming out when running oven there is nothing that we can do for that it is normal operations"
