"Tested washer and found unit would not want to spin out clothing on a quick cycle it would start to spin get to 7 min then shut down leaving clothing still wet. Ran diagnostics and checked for errors finding no codes ran unit thew a self test and found machine not calibrated correctly, ran a calibration cycle and a soft reset then ran unit threw a quick wash then a spin. Unit is now completing the spin and all operations are working to specs. Helped customer set up app for over the air updates this will help with any glitches in machine"

"Ran washer thew a diagnostic cycle due to unit leaving lint on clothing, checked for errors and found F8e1 long fill. Tested water inlet and found cold side slow checked filters and some sand on them cleaned and reinstalled, ran a calibration cycle and then a wash cycle checking tub and found a lot of lint in water. Advised customer on using the clean washer cycle to get rid of lint in tub this should stop it from getting on clothing. Washer is working to manufacture specs"

Tested unit and found when washer would slow down from a spin cycle it would make a grinding noise the washer would also not wash properly and make noise. Found stator bolt had come loose causing unit to grind when slowing down from stator falling down from transmission. Reattached bolt and added lock tight to stop from loosening up ran a calibration cycle and unit is now operating to specs

"Tested unit due to machine making a grinding noise wile running and found when running a diagnostic cycle errors F8e6 water hazard f0e9 off balance pause, ran a self test cycle and found when filling unit would start making a loud noise coming from fill valves found lines pushed against rear wall causing it to vibrate. Adjusted unit to stop hitting wall ran a calibration cycle and found all functions working normally advised unit would make noise when shifting into each cycle a clunk noise advised all operations are working to manufacture specs"

Replaced compressor and flushed unit recharged and unit is now building frost and cooling advised to give unit 24 hrs so temps can regulate"
