"Tested washer and found unit would not start ran a diagnostic cycle and no errors ran a Self test and it would not start the cycle. Checked console and found encoder board bad it would not register the buttons are being pressed causing the no start. Replaced console and cntrl due to unit also missing leds when selecting a cycle, will order encoder control and return ; ordrng 1 W11627516 (Encoder cntrl)"

"Ran washer and found unit would start and go right to done never sensing, ran diagnostics and found error F9e1 long drain, ran a self tests cycle and found unit would not run the drain pump checked voltage at pump and found blue wire broken at harness. Replaced harness and added clip to wires ran a test cycle and found unit now draining but when spinning making a rubbing grinding noise, found cam had gotten warn causing the plastic to flatten and rub. Replaced faulty cam with and unit is now operating to manufacture specs ; used 1 W11643701 (HARNESS LOWER), 1 w11755726 (CLIP), and 1 W10721967 (CAM KIT) from stock"

"Checked over unit and found fridge section warm and freezer operating normally just building some frost. Ran diagnostic and tested fans found freezer fan motor not running. Tested voltage to fan and 120v present fan faulty, replaced fan and unit is now blowing cold air to fridge section set temps and all operations are now working to specs ; used 1 W11452196 (Evap motor) from stock"

Installed new control and regulator tested oven and oven is now lighting and flam is normal but unit erroring out fee8 convection fan error which is does not have. Spoke with support and unit should not be sending that error went thew model serial and all functions finding unit will be sent over to engineering for support and in the next few days they will reach out on what to do next.Case # 23215995

"Arrived to replace harness and found unit erroring out Fee8 main cavity convect element faulty, unit does not have a convent event in oven. Replaced harness and all burners are now lighting normally and working to specs but stove would not heat up found flam on lighting a little bit and releasing gas then shutting down and erroring out fee8. Found regulator failed and main cntrl and console not not registering unit has no convect element will order parts needed and return, parts are out of stock advised once in we would call for return visit ; ordrng 1 W11761226 (Cntrl) and 1 W10818355 (Regulator)"

Replaced each parts trying stove and found same issue all ignitors keep clicking when off. Traced and ohmed harness finding front harness on manifold wire broken inside insulation causing unit to click. Will order new manifold harness advised it was a special order and we would call when in for return visit ; ordrng 1 W11771007 (Harness)

"Ran unit due to customer having error come up after the cycle, found codes 5-2 door not open between cycles, 7-4 heating element issue, 8-2 drain pump electrical fault. Checked all issues and found drain pump had plastic stuck in impeller stopping the water from draining found wash arms plugged up causing poor cleaning and found door not closing hitting one side. Removed all wash arms and cleaned adjusted door to close properly recalibrated machine and heater is working and all operations are now working to specs"

"Checked over unit and found both section cold but not operating correctly, found freezer at 30 degrees and fridge at 40 Degrees unit is making a gurgling noise wile running. Found compressor hot to touch and not pulling any heat from suction line, removed compressor and drier flushed unit with 250psi of nitrogen then pumped unit down into a vacuume for 20 min checked for leaks and unit held vac. Recharged unit with r600 and sweep charged, checked pressure and unit is holding steady evaporator is starting to frost up past first two sections. Advised customer to give unit 48 hrs just adding a little bit of food to help with temps and to let us know how unit is working. If any issues still unit will need a new evaporator again due to floating restriction"

Tested unit and found washer full of water and would not drain unit would error out f9e1. Ran a diagnostics and cycles drain pump on finding pump not powering up checked pump and found harness broken causing no power to drain. Replaced harness and unit is now draining and operating to factory specs
