"Tested unit and found temps off in freezer section, removed evap cover and found thermistor hanging off and plastic connector for it broken. Replaced thermistor and zip tied in place advised customer to give unit 24 hrs so temps can regulate ; used 1 WPW10384183 (THERMISTOR) from stock"

Opened box and top corner was bent in and damaged need to reorder top ; ordrng 1 W11043522 (Cook top)

Checked over unit and found front of cooktop bent upward causing it to not sit flat on counter checked and found from factory unit had a bow in middle cook top needs to be replaced. Will order and return advised customer we would call when in due to special order ; ordrng 1 W11043522 (Top main)

Ck unit upon arrival and found basket extremely bouncy also ring top damage quite customer and customer declined repair
