Complaint that the freezer is not cooling properly. Found great air flow on the evaporator and no signs of ice buildup. Start device keeps clicking on and off. Verified compressor and was extremely hot to the touch. Bad compressor. Customer needs a freezer working today and they decided to get another replacement and then call the manufacturer for warranty on the sealed system.

The gentleman who came to repair our dishwasher under warranty was professional, courteous, and well informed. He did the job quickly, replacing a faulty gasket to prevent leaking and was incredibly helpful with additional information about the appliance. He had done a repair on our Range and asked how it was working out so far. We would definitely hire Advantage Appliance Repair in the future if need be. They Care!
