"Tested washer and found unit would error out off balance at end of each cycle never spinning out clothes also when starting unit it would come on start then stop and end never washing. Chcked suspension and found tub bouncing around causing off balance, control is shut off randomly and then coming back on. Will order new main Pcb, suspension kit. Installed new controls ran dryer and found unit now shutting off on a sensor dry and unit is heating properly

"Ran dryer threw a cycle and found unit would heat up but when reaching last 15 min it would shut off and continue to count down not drying clothes, checked venting and found some lint cleaned and checked controls finding relay on control getting super hot to touch then kicking off once it cooled down it would click and come back on and work normally. Will order new main control and touch panel, parts tentative p/a ; ordrng 1 W11525997 (Control) and 1 W11419056 (Control panel)"

"Tested unit and found when running a sensor cycle dryer would run but shut down before clothes where dry also would run long cycles, checked for errors and found no codes ran a diagnostics cycle and a reset to reprogrammed controls. Ran cycle and noticed eco boost on witch cuts drying heat down and add cycle time advised customer on eco boost, ran unit again all operations now working to specs"
