Ck unit upon arrival and found unit not producing ice check and ran diagnostic on unit and found ice maker going through cycle ran fill test and no water comes to ice maker disconnect water line from bottom hinge and ran fill test and found water coming to bottom hinge but not to ice maker. Found that some where inside freezer liner fridge ice maker line is frozen. Use steamer to steam down line and now ice maker is getting water also replace freezer light switch thats broken. customer will now monitor unit ; used 1 W11396033 (Switch) from stock

"Tested washer and found when running unit it would stop half way threw a cycle and never spin out or it would shut off never completing, ran diagnostics and found error F8e1 long fill. Checked water flow and found cold water inlet flowing out slowly causing Machine to not fill and shut off or restart. Cleaned screens on water valves and unit is now filling normally, ran a calibration cycle, unit now operating to specs"

"Checked over unit and found strike on lid had loosened up causing it to not hit latch and lock unit, fixed strike and tightened up to work normally. Ran a calibration cycle and un8t went thew properly, ran a wash and a spin checking operations and unit is now working to specs"

"Checked over dryer and found unit erroring out for restricted air flow, checked vent and found clean and clear lint housing Clean but lint screen blocked causing no air to flow thew. Customer cleaned lint screen and unit is now running a full cycle and drying properly."
