"Found bad ice maker, inlet valve and right door . Quoted for parts and labor. Customer decided not to fix the unit do to door expense and that other plastic parts are debilitating."

Complaint that the unit is not cooling properly. Found disconnected heating wire on the plug. Reattached connection and ran diagnostic cycle and all tested out correctly. No issues on other components. No parts needed.

Inspected evap and found full frost pattern and fans running, fresh food thermistor out of specs and needs to be replaced. Getting different part number for defrost thermistor that was installed when looking up part, Ordering correct defrost thermistor also. Will order and return to replace.; ordrng 1 W11438736 (Fresh food thermistor) and 1 Wpw10384183 (Defrost thermistor freezer)"
