Play not making ice bottom of icemaker is full of water. I found unit is making ice perfectly fine but drain is having issues. Unit is a gravity fat drain. Customer needs to have drain issue . Inspected drain issues with icemaker. No further issues found with icemaker at this time. Water valve was slow replaced valve.

"Complaint has 2 towels jeans a couple pair of undergarments makes a horrible out of balance, banging noise. Issue is very random when it occurs. Found and cleared error codes F0e3 over loaded, f7e8 drive module over temp, f0e5 off balance load detected placed unit and diagnostics performed DLMS calibration cycle verified slider is intact and functioning properly if customer calls back for same complaint send main control. Suspect loading issues as of now started a load of laundry laundry cycled properly with no issues."

"Complaint rack is falling. Pulling gasket out. Replaced gasket found adjuster was broken. Replaced adjuster tested operation. No further issues found no leaking occurring. All operations are working as intended.; used 1 W10712395 (ADJUSTER), and 1 W11483553 (GASKET) from stock"

"Unable to drop microwave down as it has been glued in place without destroying customers, cabinetry and wall. Micro venting was never properly install installed either by builder no flap going outside so bugs and critters can come directly in cold air is flooding house due to missing vent flap as well as fan blower appears to have not been installed properly is facing backwards instead of upwards as vent going outside is an upward vent. Unit needs to be made accessible for us to service. Unit will also need main control board to finish repairing even once unit has been made accessible. Customer will have to call back for service. Once unit has been made accessible left moisture sensor with customer could not install."
