Complaint not making ice. I found toggle switch power switch was stuck in the middle position off position. I turned this power switch to the on position and icemaker cycled and filled with water and dropped eight cubes with no issues. Issue can occur if Ben gets too full as the ice is being pulled forward it moves in an upwards and downwards movement that can flip that switch to the off position accidentally.

"Complaint makes a clicking noise constantly will not start a cycle. I found a lid latch is failing replaced lid latch. Also found drive belt is making a squealing noise replace that as well.; used 1 W11700916 (DOOR LOCK), and 1 W11239857 (BELT) from stock"

Complaint press start in a dishwasher. It fills with water and does nothing. Makes no noises after filling with water except for a intermittent clicking noise. I found error codes 43 and 71 43 wash motor failure 71 incoming water temperature below temperature threshold. Replaced main control board replaced wash motor assembly as well as motor has failed. No further issues found ran a diagnostics cycle again verified heating element is working perfectly fine no leakage occurring all operations are working as designed.; used 1 W11613480 (MOTOR/SUMP ASSY) from stock

Customer declined repair today thought knobs would be covered under warranty and they are not advised customer to contact manufacture directly and see if they can get manufactured to the system since all of the knobs except for one are broken or have customer find them online.

Complaint unit not filling with water. I found sump motor assembly had failed. Replaced motor sump assembly 4-3 7-1 5-1 verified heater is working replaced water inlet valve as a precaution no further issues found everything working properly now no leakage occurring; used 1 W11613480 (MOTOR/SUMP ASSY) from stock

Complaint heater not working on any cycle ever not drying dishes. I found error code 7-1 I found heater has failed and replaced heating element tested operations heater is now working properly found incoming water. Temperature will not exceed 108? at sink faucet though.

"Complaint microwave fan making loud buzzing noise when activated on any speed. I found fan housing was broken. I found unit was attempted to be vented. Outside vent was not properly installed as well behind microwave not doing anything as vent will not align with the back of the microwave as wall was improperly, cut for vent going outside. Unit is a new build. Customer will have to have builder. Come back out and fix venting issue and ordering blower motor assembly to fix that issue. Placed into authorization as I am unsure whether this should be considered an install issue or not as the blower fan was flipped completely upside down upon arrival in the cage, preventing the fan from blowing inside of the house or even outside of the house; rqstng P&A on 1 W11746340 (Blower fan), states that autho needed"

I replaced all previously ordered part tested operations. Everything is working properly as of right now with no further issues found. all indicator lights are now working like they should be.

Complaint front left infinite switch stays illuminated red all the time can wiggle the switch and the light will turn off. Found infinite switch is failing ordering new switch no further issues found or reported. This time.; ordrng 1 WP74011242 (Infinite switch)
