"Customers complained unit ui intermittently unresponsive when unit heats up . Upon arrival found no error codes. Found WiFi not hooked up. Got on customers phone and updated unit, it needed an update. Ran unit 425? on both ovens , unit preheated and ui still working. "Cx complaint that the unit is turning off by itself intermittently. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f8e0 f6e4. I ran manual tests for the fans, both worked fine in both speeds. I started a normal bake cycle for both ovens, the top oven stopped and flashed f8e0. The bottom eventually stopped by itself. Power has been cycle, this issue has gotten progressively worse. The unit needs new blower fans, control boards and the UI. "Cx complaint that the unit is not starting cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code:f7e4. I cleared code and checked the slider, the slider magnet has separated from the cylinder. I replaced the slider and tested the unit for the cx. There is still a repetitive noise coming from the unit as it spins. I checked under the unit again. The rotor has been worn from the slider issue and needs to be replaced. Im ordering a new stator and rotor to resolve the issue.; ordrng 1 W11195971 (Stator) and 1 W11260238 (Rotor), used 1 W10734521 (Slider) from stock"

"Cx complaint that the units burner does not have a full flame. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the burners light fine, however the RR burner has intermittent flame height on high and take longer to boil compared to the LR burner with the same amount of water. The unit needs a new rear burner heads to resolve the issue. The cx has had multiple issues thus far owning the unit. The RF knob has melt from the heat at close proximity. They have also had a alleged gas leak, I used my gas detector and no leak was found. The cx wants a new unit. Im ordering the part for the return visit.; ordrng 2 WP8286815 (Burners heads)s"

I attempted a service cycle and a normal cycle, both cycles did not work at all. I checked voltage coming from the control in manual tests as well. There is no voltage leaving the board to the components. The harness has good continuity to the drain pump and shifter. The unit needs a new control board to resolve the issue.
