"Tested unit and found ice maker would not cycle and no water entering mold found ice maker not getting power and freezer fan also not running. Removed kick panel and checked wiring to ice maker finding black wire, yellow wire and white wire all broken and cut not sending power to ice maker and fan. Crimped in butt connections so unit would cool properly and ic emailer would operate but unit will need new door to stop wires from coming apart. Will order new door assembly parts tentative p/a advised customer it will be shipped to home plz take a look best they can and see if anything is damaged ; rqstng P&A on 1 LW11202405 (Freezer door)"

"Tested unit due to machine shutting off when it would run for most of the cycle then shut down and have to be restarted. Ran diagnostics and found errors f2e1 hmi stuck key,f6e1 communication error. Ran a self test cycle and found unit would start up and run normally found no issue with drum binding or felt seal. Let unit run and keep retesting and letting unit run finding when starting machine after a few times the motor sounded weak on start up, will order new motor and new main cntrl due to errors also touch panel due to communication errors. Parts tentative p/a ; rqstng P&A on 1 W11793909 (User interface) and 1 W11782457 (Control) and 1 WP697772 (Blower wheel)"
