Pulled range out, removed wiring cover, no burnt wires, cord connections all good. Checked and found no power to range. Cord ohms out correctly. Checked outlet, found no power at outlet. Advised customer that she needs to have an electrician check outlet and wiring."

"Checked and tested washer. No issues found. Only stored error code was an off balance error. Inspected basket, agitator and gear case. No oil or any other residue found anywhere on or in unit. Took pictures of stains on clothes. Called tech line spoke to Steve case #22194502. Sent him the pictures and reviewed steps already taken. He reviewed pictures and said he believes it something being introduced into washer, not the unit itself. Advised customer of findings and that no issues or problems found with washer. Operating as designed."
