"Found F8 E1 fault stored in diagnostics, long fill, water level change not detected. Tested water valves operation. I found the water valves resistance for hot and cold are 1.2 K ohms, 120v supplied, the long fill error is being detected due to low water pressure from home water supply, I opened the mixing valve hot and cold water supply lines into a bucket and water pressure is low. Customer has low water pressure through out the home. Installed electronic control part# W11603810, calibrated in diagnostics. Tested the washing machine for proper operation. Customer is aware of low water pressure being supplied to the home and washing machine. Job is complete."
