"Case# 23215340, Talked with Dillon Whirlpool tech support to verify that the left dispenser door has to be replaced and that water tubing to ice maker is replaceable on its own through the door. The compression fitting for the water tube to ice maker tube to ice maker has separated again under the door hinge. Water pressure is good, the water tubing and connection for the water to the water dispenser is connected and has not separated. Ordering the left stainless steel door assembly. Also ordering the water tube from the water valve to the door hinge point for the water tube connection to the ice maker water tube in the door. The door is a Special Order, customer is aware it will be shipped directly to him, he will open and inspect for no damage and will call Advantage Appliance to schedule follow up appointment when door has been received. ; ordrng 1 W11768041 (Dor Fip (left hand stainless)) and 1 W11768353 (Tube water (valve to door ice maker))"

After unplugging the refrigerator and powering back on, the user interface shows Power outage/ Confirm. I can not confirm the power outage, or enter diagnostics. Replaced ice maker part# W11692161. Ice maker was intermittently harvesting ice. Tested ice maker for proper operation. The ice maker is operating properly. Job is complete.
