Complaint that the unit is not responding on the touch panel. Only part that is responding is the Start Resume button. Did a hard reset and all buttons working but tried entering diagnostic twice and unit would turn back off. Touch panel is working properly. Will order door latch as a backup. ; ordrng 1 W11462462 (Control Board) and 1 W11412299 (Door Latch)
