"Found Ui panel broke and theres a big dent on bottom right hand corner. The dent is blocking bottom spray arm from rotating. Need to replace tub assembly and UI board. Told customer to check tub for damages when arrives. Told to call office when parts come in; ordrng 1 W11409866 (Tub assembly) and 1 W11622490 (UI), used 1 2xtimeframe, and 1 2xtimeframe (2xtimeframe) from stock"
