Retuned to install evap fan. Installed part and reassembled unit. Verified proper operation.

Customer complained unit not drying in one load. Needs to run multiple loads. Upon arrival unit heating and running. Found whole unit so hooked up to wall vent line unit has no outflowing air. When unhooked unit is blowing air out properly. Customer said she had cleaned herself. Asked if they had hired someone she said no. Informed her there is an obstruction somewhere in her exhaust line and unit is working as designed. If unit is unhooked from wall it will dry in normal load. Without proper exhaust it will take more time to dry. Verified proper operation. ; used 1 W11224254 (VENT TEST KIT) from stock

Installed support sent by the manufacturer. heater support W10909479 Unit is fully functional.

Customer complained of no cool. Unit was in defrost mode and moved timer to run. Unit started and could tell freezer was cooling but not well and no airflow to ref side. Took off panel to Access evap and found ice built up over evap fan in ref section. Needs evap fan and told customer he will need to unplug unit to defrost built up ice to defrost for return call. Collected labor and part fee for complete payment. Scheduled return call for 9-29-23 pm ; ordrng 1 WR60X10300 (Evap fan)

Unit is not responding due to a faulty control installed new control however the display will not activate.; ordrng 1 W11600651 (Panel)
