I have had several technicians do various jobs here in the past. Ryan, however, was probably the most efficient. He was proactive by bringing the part that was necessary based on my make and model number and description of the problem. He was able to diagnose it immediately and fix it just as quickly. Our 5 star rating is for Ryan specifically, the organization in general has only been about a 2. Ryan is incredibly professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Would gladly have him help us in the future. Unfortunately all the other staff members we dealt with over the phone seemed to be pretty disorganized and unwilling to go the extra mile. The wrong part was ordered initially and when I brought that to your attention, I was advised that I was wrong. As it turns out, I wasn’t wrong after all and that just delayed an already slow process even further. We were without a (brand new) washing machine for over a month. Ryan was the only positive aspect of this entire ordeal!
