My new refrigerator freezer door was not sealing properly as evidenced by moisture accumulation on the top of the freezer door seal/gasket. Ryan came to look at it and immediately knew what the problem was. It was an issue with newer model Whirlpool refrigerators. He ordered the part needed and came back the following week and repaired it in less than five minutes. Ryan was prompt, very professional, and immediately knew how to fix my refrigerator. I was very satisfied with Advantage Appliance and would recommend them.
