"Complaint washing machine does not appear to be agitating. I found agitator is working perfectly fine with no issues. I had customer take a video so they could show someone else as well. I ran through all cycles no error codes and fault history no gear case issues no actuator issues, everything is working as intended. Customer is comparing unit to their old unit that had a dual action agitator on it versus this agipeller style design. no issues found with washing machine at this time. All operations are working as engineered."

Complaint when microwave has been steaming lots of vegetables and convection oven bake has been on for a long while microwave sounds like it is still on inside even when door is opened. I suspect as I cannot duplicate and there is no video evidence that the microwave cooling fan is running to try and evaporate excess moisture and cool Magnatron down it may be normal operation. As I found it will be heating for over 10 mins or longer no error codes in fault history. Previous tech was going to order oven appliance manager. I called tech line file number 7740314831 tech line confirmed unit can engage cooling fans by itself at anytime to enhance mass cooling of machine. Safety 7739941530.

"Complaint temp is off have to play w with temps to cook okish I found temps are as follows 349.. 365, 338,366,..376,348, 356,354,360 I found temperature started out great and then started jumping sporadically unit will need a main control to fix temperature sensor tested fine at room temperature +3? or -3? accuracy Customer is going to try a couple things first. Fix it they will call us back."

I replaced both evaporators compressor and filter drier as well as 3 way valve I inspected unit producing frost pattern in test 40 both evaporators. No further issues found at this time with unit all additional parts were also replaced as well customer to allow 72 hrs for ice.

"Complaint dryer making a rattling noise, grinding noise louder than the TV. I found blower wheel is rubbing when it gets hot. No cracks in the wheel that are visible was able to duplicate issue. Lower wheel is seized onto motor shaft cannot remove. Will have to break blower wheel or cut shaft of motor off. Im also ordering idler component kit as well. Will replace all at the same time.; ordrng 1 4392067 (Kit) and 1 W11549461 (Motor) and 1 WP697772 (Blower)"
