Customers complaint is washer not completing cycle. Ran diag found error code F8E1(long/no fill) found cold water screen clogged with sand. Cleaned and removed filter. Ran self test then calibration. Had customer start a load and watched it fill and advance to wash. All checks ok

Installed new control and valve ran calibration then self test all checks ok.

Water entering basket with unit unplugged needs new valves and unit starting on its own ; rqstng P&A on 1 W11399433 (Control) and 1 W11038689 (Valves)

Evaporator fan getting 118v not running needs new fan motor ; rqstng P&A on 1 5304521244 (Fan)

Complaint not advancing to end of cycle long fill no fill error made sure both hot and cold water was on on well water has house filter checked inlet screens tested operation normal
