Complaint that the unit is making a loud noise while agitating. Found loose nut on the Splutch. Tighten nuts and unit running normal. Ran three diagnostic cycles and no more noise and ran through all cycles with no issues.

Complaint taking n hour longer to dry clothing then it use to evaporator clogged with lint build up cleaned out
