Installed user interface control panel and vent with seal due to new part some of the keys were not functioning tested all ok

Complaint that the dishwasher is leaking water from the bottom front edge. Found unit not leveled properly. Adjusted the angle and ran two diagnostic cycles and all tested normal. No leaks detected. Found low drainage on the plumbing to the sink and mentioned to the customer to have the drainage checked. Unit running normal.

Complaint that the oven is taking longer than expected to heat up. Found unit needed to be calibrated because it was reading 10* lower. Bake element is working fine. Oven sensor is reading correctly. Showed customer how to adjust temperature in the options. No issues found with the oven.

Complaint that the unit stops making ice and starts again then went off. Ran diagnostic with door opened but all ran good. Verified the wiring at the bottom harness and the black wire testing continuity when moving the harness wire it gave signs of intermittent connections. Bad harness wire on the door side. Customer will contact Whirlpool to see if this can be resolved.

Complaint that the unit is emitting a foul smell from the inside. Found a small smell in the fresh food section but a very strong odor on the condenser side mostly on the drip pan location. Its not a a smell of burnt wires nor foam but of a smell of ammonia type or rodent. Unit not leaking gas nor anything like burnt wires. Couldnt pinpoint what type of odor it was nor the culprit to it. Nothing wrong the the cooling.
