"Checked over water for fridge and found no ice and no water flowing, tested water supply and found no water coming from house line found water off, turned back on and found water now going to valve but no water to dispensers and ice maker. Tested voltage at valve and 120v but valve would not open unit needs new valve will order and return ; ordrng 1 5221JA2006D (Valve)"

"Tested unit and found dishwasher would run but in middle of the cycle trip the breaker once reset it would run again, tested voltage to unit and 120v going to Unit at terminal block. Ran diagnostics and found errors Sc error drain pump error, oe flow meter error let unit run and found drain pump ohming out weak should be 88 and was ohming out 7 ohms. Will order new drain pump,case assembly, main Pcb due to corrosion and sump&motor assembly. Parts tentative p/a plus extra time ; ordrng 1 DD90-00597A (Sump&motor) and 1 DD31-00016A (Drain pump) and 1 DD92-00059F (Pcb main) and 1 DD97-00611A (Case break)"

Installed new wash arms and ran unit threw a wash cycle checked arms and unit is now spraying and washing properly

"Tested unit and found no ice being made in both sections not dispensing water unit making a noise and no lights on in freezer and upper fridge. Tested ice makers and found no water entering checked filter and found filter bad causing no water in both ice makers and dispenser, removed filter and unit is now filling and working. Checked noise and found damper loud when opening and closing, replaced freezer led and found upper top led modules also faulty. Unit is goin to need new led module kit,gaskets for fridge and damper motor. Parts tentative p/a ; ordrng 1 W11683243 (Led kit) and 2 W10407212 (Gaskets)s and 1 WPW10479155 (Damper), used 1 W10695459 (LED MODULE (SINGLE LED)) from stock"

Installed new boards and harness checked functions and unit is now lighting up and all operations are working to specs
