"Tested unit and found no heat when drying found dishes coming out same as they went in and build up all over the unit, removed all spray arms and found clogged checked filter and found filter not filtering out anything in water causing it to get into spray arms. Ran diagnostics and found F7e1 heater error F4e3 wash motor error, float error, ran calibration cycle and tested power to heater found no power sending from cntrl to heater. Cancel out unit and found drain pump making a loud squealing noise and pumping slowly. Unit is going to need all new manifold parts, spray arms, sump&motor, main cntrl, heater and filter, parts tentative p/a ; ordrng 1 W11305303 (Cntrl) and 1 W11665769 (Sump&motor) and 1 W11101428 (Spray arm) and 1 W10872845 (Filter) and 1 WPW10340745 (Feed tube) and 1 WPW10327455 (Spray arm 3rd) and 1 WP3400918 (Retainer) and 1 WPW10340542 (Manifold) and 1 WPW10448645 (Upper spray arm) and 1 W10703867 (Heater)"

Installed all new parts and set temps on fridge advised customer to give unit 24 hrs so temps can regulate with new controls. Cleaned condenser coils due to blocked advised to also clean them once a month.

"Ran unit and found machine erroring out long drain and over flow checked float and found full of water, removed and found unit would fill but never wash motor was just humming. Tested voltage and 120v to motor Sump&motor faulty. Replaced sump and unit is now washing and working to specs ; used 1 W11416362 (MOTOR/SUMP) from stock"

"Ran machine and found when unit would start washing it would make a loud noise like a bearing noise, removed unit and found noise coming from motor bearings found motor bad. Unit will need new Sump and motor to fix issues also will replace drain pump. All parts tentative p/a ; ordrng 1 AGM75510001 (Sump assembly) and 1 AGM30016301 (Motor)"

"Checked over lights in unit and found fridge led lights out on the side and upper lights dim, tested led module and found side module faulty. Replaced light and unit is now lighting up and working to specs"

"Ran unit and found machine leaking water from float area and not washing well, found float gasket and nut loose causing leaking tightened up and unit stoped leaking water and is now holding. Recalibrated unit and cleaned all spray arms due to blocked ran a wash cycle after cleaning unit and all operations are now working to specs. Customer is very frustrated with unit and it keeps on breaking customer would like to know on a replacement unit if anything breaks down again advised I would note it and go from there"

"Tested unit and found another company had come out and fixed unit when I got there I found unit leaking water from under machine noticed unit clamp had been removed from rubber hose connection and a new after market clamp put on where both hoses sit on sump assembly, this was pouring out water when filling witch customer had ran loads that where making noises and never washing due to water all leaking out. Advised customer I took pics of issue and they will need to call original company to have them come back and fix unit I cannot touch this machine and dont wanna be responsible for any damage that was already done from previous company. Customer will call warranty and find out next steps they understood that we cannot be responsible for another company touching unit"

"Tested unit and found washer would not drain fully after the spin cycle, checked drain and found water drinking out but slow. Removed filter and found plugged, cleaned and noticed shock had come loose on tub causing unit to bang, reattached shock ran a spin and unit is now draining and operat8ng to specs"
