"Complaint that the dryer is not heating properly. Found error codes F2E1, F3E2. Found multiple issues with the dryer from lint accumulation in the housing to sensor problems. Found proper reading from the sensor to the board connector and running diagnostic twice shut down and had to run diagnostic again. Complaint that the washer is not cycling properly. Found bad harness wire and drain pump. Will order parts for a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11590868 (Harness Wire) and 1 W11399437 (Drain Pump)

Replaced all parts and unit running normal.

Replaced part and unit working properly. 1yr. warranty on parts and labor.

Complaint the interior light would not turn on at times. Did a hard reset and all worked normal then started to give issues again. Found bad control and wave guide. Quoted for parts and labor. Customer will pass on fixing the microwave. Collected 2nd Appliance trip fee $75.00.
