I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of the service tech who came and served our technical problem with our washer he was very knowledgeable, excellent attitude very polite and a very good listener when I explained the problems that we were having with the washer machine he explained what he thought was causing our water draining issue and what we were required to do in order to resolve the root cause We did what the tech suggested and the water draining issue was resolved Highly recommend your tech/ company to my friends
