Complaint that the washer is not cycling properly. Found error code F7E1 bad actuator. Replaced part and unit running normal. Ran three diagnostic cycles and all tested normal.; used 1 W10913953 (ACTUATOR) from stock

Complaint that the dryer is not starting up. Found no load on L1. L1 to L2 114v present. Mentioned to the customer to have the electrical verified.

Complaint that the washer is not cycling through correctly. Found error code F0E3 and F2E1. Found bad suspension on the left side. Found oil leak in the transmission and sprayed all over the washer panels. No trip charge n this visit. Authorization #M1BLZ80WL1. Customer will call Maytag for approval for parts because of the amount in Parts and Labor.
