No model or serial tag explained need to call whirlpool and have them send it out before we can service it

Complaint that the unit is not draining correctly. Found plastic debris in the tub. Found extra part inside the tub that compromised the plastic ribs of the tub and drain pump. Will order both parts for a return visit. Mentioned to the customer that as soon as the tub is delivered to the customer to verify part for any damages and to call us when part is delivered and good.; ordrng 1 W11513244 (Basket) and 1 W11551646 (Nut) and 1 W0752187 (Screw) and 1 W11399437 (Drain Pump)

Replaced all parts and washer running normal. No leaks detected. Ran all diagnostic tests and panel UI tests and unit working normal.
