"Unit is under 1yr wp warranty per service bench. Complaint of a burning smell. F0e7 only error in history, load detected in clean washer cycle. Basket spins freely, suspension good. Lower unit inspection all looks well, removed console and no signs of burnt circuitry, no lingering smoke odor or sign any where.Ran diagnostic cycle and completed with no issue. Ran normal cycle through fill and into agitate, cancelled and drained fine. She me so sd in unit ran cycle again with deep fill, cancelled and drained properly.No issues found unit tested as fully functional and no smoke odors during testing were found. Checked dryer and it had had a lint fire, that would be source for f smell"

"Complaint of unit not heating properly, says they will set it to 380 but wont h at past 340. Element is heating/glowing when preheating.Set to bake at 400. Cycles: 368-428, 390-432, 389 - 429, 389 - 427. Temps consistent after preheat with average about 410. After these cycle cs thermostat will n oven in left front showed 390., took 4 cycle to get up to that on their thermostat. Explained findings to cs, still had handle replaced. "Complaint of spin not working. Hearing a loud clicking and not running. Put in not drain and spin and after locking and draining it went into filling. I stopped unit when basket was about half full. Started a new cycle and first drained out, then repeated. Unable to recreate cs issue, but what was found is a control failure. Possible additional issues, but will not know until able to run through complete functions.Denied repair, collected for service call only"

"F0e5 out of balance load, only error in history. Cs said they heard some grinding after a cycle when overloaded. Completed diagnostic cycle fine, no wobble in basket, lower unit also looks good, stator bolt is tight.Ran diagnostic again fine.Saved quote for a clutch and explained it to cs offering to do it today for $30 less, but is not failing in testing. Collected for service call only."

"Unit blinking F1e1 on arrival, mcu fault. Unplugged 30s /plugged in. When powered back on ran a diagnostic cycle. Went through fills and then just stopped, doing nothing with soak light on eventually giving F1e1 error. Found drain pump lead broken, when temporarily reconnected, unit drained. Attempted diagnostic cycle again and completed, still gave F1e1 error at end of test.Quoted for control/harness/labor. Denied. Collected for service call."
