Complaint that the refrigerator will get too cold or too warm. Found ff door not sealing due to floor unleveled and packaging blocking the freezer venting. Evap. fan working and freezer holding good temp. Freezer temp customer had to adjust properly. Found no issues with the fridge. Collected trip fee.

Took apart new icemaker (definitely not made to come apart, but believe everything is back in position and assembled correctly with arm replaced. Cs to monitor operation.
