High limit fuse open again customer replaced vent hose but needs to replace vent housing flap not opening enough replaced high limit kit ; used 1 279816 (THERMAL KIT) from stock

Not dispensing ice ice jammed ice bin showed customer how to clean out tested dispensing normally

Complaint that ff section door squeaks ice bin overflows with ice ice build up on evaporator cover high pitch noise leveled unit but needs shim in rear left cleared ice off cover freezer temp was set at 7 turned to 5 the noise is normal

Installed new panel and it has a dent from right corner diagonal downward towards bottom left. Took pics. Ordered door panel. ; ordrng 1 W11461682 (Panel)

Complaint that there has been condensation on top of freezer gasket and clumps of ice in drawers adjusted freezer door so the top of gasket would grab more of the cabinet when dispensing water randomly more water will leak out of tube when moving cup away lowered levelers to raise front of unit slightly temps set at recommended
