We got lucky and were able to secure an appointment on the same day I called. When does that ever happen?! The technician was prompt, courteous and skilled. He took his time, found the problem and assured us it would not cause any damage until we buy a new refrigerator. We got a call ahead of time to let us know of his imminent arrival and he promptly addressed the issue. I would highly recommend Advantage Appliance Repair.

The problem I was told was I need a new motor which would cost about $450 so I told chuck I would just replace with a new machine.
So new machine came but that was not the problem it was the fuse box had a loose wire .

He came over to repair (not making ice) the whirlpool refrigerator at my home in south Windsor, it is still not working. It is waste of my time. I would not recommend them to anyone
